Excellent customer service! From the door everything went smoothly and it was so great meeting Tyler today! I had an unfortunate occurrence with my fairly new 2023 Rheem a leaking gasket but Pv Plumbing gave a great quote to replace this with a new one and I was happy to learn that this Rheem will now be installed by their certified plumbing company! I didn't even know! So I'm not happy about my unexpected expense (side-eye to Rheem) but I think I received a great price from PV to get a new one installed. I TRULY cannot recommend PV plumbing enough!!
