They were very nice and professional on the phone and was able to get on the schedule. Unfortunately, my schedule date came and went without someone coming by or giving me a call to inform. I figured it could be a mistake and tried again. They were very apologetic and promised they'd put it on their personal watch list to make sure it happens this time around. The gentleman came at the appt time and was very pleasant to deal with. I had some follow up questions about my split unit and he put my mind at ease fairly quickly. No attempt to upsell me on my first appointment and was in and out within an hour. I'm happy to update the review upon future scheduling successes. Otherwise, I'd recommend them at this point.

All of their techs are informative and polite and I'm happy we found them to service our AC and heating needs. I need to point out that they also go above and beyond. I called last night about what I thought was a leaking pipe leading to our AC and heating systems. I called after hours, I was going to schedule an emergency visit. The tech who called back was able to explain to me that the issue had nothing to do with our AC and heating, instructed us to turn off the valves to our irrigation system and that did the trick. They had nothing to gain from these instructions, they're taxed right now with multiple calls due to weather and they took the time to give us peace of mind when they didn't need to do that. I truly cherish having them as our provider. They partner with us, truly care and provide great value while doing it. I highly recommend them to be your provider for all of your AC and heating needs.

The heating and air conditioning units for our home were installed thru this company by a previous owner so we decided to call them soon after move-in in 2022 to ask about service plans. We have the twice yearly check and it's been great, our units work wonderfully and are really efficient. We even get priority when calling if there is ever an issue (like last year's ice build up) with our plan. The plans are a great value and helps with peace of mind before the seasonal changes. The techs are always friendly and thorough. Highly recommend!!

We were worried that our urgent need would mean high pricing, but thankfully NexGen did not see it that way. They are so committed to customer service and fair pricing that they exceeded our expectations ten fold. First let me say that we have (had) and AC company that services this house, but when we asked about replacing our unit their price was so high, we needed to get other pricing. We got a recommendation from another of trusted vendors and it worked out so well. NexGen told us the price, never suggested any up charges, and did the work professionally. Before they left, they made an appointment to clean and service the unit to keep it in tiptop shape.
