Since it was late in the afternoon, they were able to get a tech out the next day. The tech, very personal and professional, arrived at the designated time, was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and thoroughly. The service guys had to RE-WIRE my BRAND NEW HOUSE because their rough crew did a half-assed install. Their service guys are unqualified, after FOURTEEN visits to my house, each time they entered something else broke down. The MANY different receptionists they have had over the last 6 months is ridiculous, but apparently they teach them to be condescending with their customers. When I called perturbed, instead of apologizing for their lack of professionalism, Sherri was condescending... No... that's not the way good customer relations work.
