This technician displayed disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional conduct. I was quite taken aback when he accessed my backyard to get to the AC outdoor unit through my living room, and patio (rather than the main door) without asking for my permission first. The unfortunate part, when he got to the back door of my patio, he forcefully pushed and slammed the screen door, nearly damaging it in the process. This man appeared to be extremely agitated or angry, and seemed ready to confront me! He was very loud that my next door neighbor's son came out to check what was going on at my place! Jared, your actions genuinely frightened me and made me feel unsafe! This guy was the second technician from Buehler Air and Plumbing to visit my home in three months regarding my AC issue. The first technician didn't address the root cause of the problem; instead, he claimed to find another issue that wasn't broken just to charge me more ($1200), rather than fixing the actual problem-- a burned wire in the outdoor unit that only required a $273 repair. For context, my AC system is only four years old, and this company replaced the entire system for $7,900 back in 2022. They not only failed to fix the primary issue originally, but they also disrespected my property by trespassing! Ultimately, I had to tell this technician, Jared, to use the main door he had originally entered, instead of coming through my living room and patio to access the AC unit in my backyard. His behavior was unacceptable! So, I strongly advise everyone, especially women, to be cautious when dealing with Buehler Air & Plumbing!

I had a very frustrating experience with Jason Tello Florida Air Conditioning. From the start, the service was disappointing. I provided the specifications for the unit I wanted to replace and asked for a quote on a similar one, which in hindsight, was my first mistake. He gave me a price, but it turned out not to match what I requested. I trusted his word that it was the correct unit, including a Wi-Fi compatible thermostat. When he arrived for installation, he initially installed the wrong unit--it was a commercial unit instead of the residential one I needed. He left to fetch the correct unit, only to return and complain about financial losses due to not being able to return the first unit. This was my first indication of what lay ahead. After the supposed completion of the installation, I noticed significant water leakage from the bottom of the unit. When I questioned him about it, his response was simply, "I don't know." He provided no documentation about the unit, only the thermostat installation instructions. When I asked about operating it, he again said, "I don't know." Upon reviewing the original proposal, I found that components supposed to be included, like the hurricane pad for the unit, were not provided. Instead, the existing 12-year-old pad was reused. Jason then requested payment in cash or check to avoid credit card fees. I insisted on paying with a card because I needed to transfer funds for such a large amount, totaling $8,150. I reluctantly made the payment, believing he would return to address my concerns. However, after multiple emails and calls, when I finally reached him, he stated he was "moving on," claiming he had lost too much money on this deal. He outright refused to address any further issues and only provided the warranty paperwork, which cost me an additional $750, after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and that wasn't until February 13.

UNRELIABLE DUCTS! From their rough installation crew to…read moretheir service techs, to their receptionists.... All unreliable. The rough installation is sloppy... does no one inspect their work?? The service guys had to RE-WIRE my BRAND NEW HOUSE because their rough crew did a half-assed install. Their service guys are unqualified, after FOURTEEN visits to my house, each time they entered something else broke down. The MANY different receptionists they have had over the last 6 months is ridiculous, but apparently they teach them to be condescending with their customers. I had an appointment yesterday, Dec. 9, 2025, for a maintenance call... they DID NOT SHOW UP. When I called perturbed, instead of apologizing for their lack of professionalism, Sherri was condescending... No... that's not the way good customer relations work. In the past 6 months that we have dealt with this company... there is not ONE SINGLE PERSON that still works there now that did then. A business with a revolving door of employment is not a good business at all; they are unreliable. Will they show up for the next scheduled appointment!? And if they do... will the service be adequate or will they, again, leave us with a non-working unit as they have in the past. I have NO TRUST in this company.
