I knew this was going to be a good company from the moment the owner came out for the estimate. I got estimates from the top 5 highest rated HVAC companies, and everyone else sent me a salesman with preset catalog options. But for this company, Mr. Willman arrived, and I could immediately see him making mental calculations as he walked around the house and took notes. I have kind of a unique layout and multiple stories. He had a wide knowledge of products and he was the only one who was able to offer a condenser unit that actually fit where I wanted. He made recommendations that no one else bothered with. I also noticed that everyone else offered a 10 year parts warranty but only 2 years labor, where Willman has 10 year on labor as well. Even with the extra customization, the price was very good. Came in kind of the middle low range of the average and half the price of the most expensive. The owner was also there checking in periodically during the installation. They were able to route AC to the kitchen, when everyone else said it wasn't possible with my setup. Amazing service and follow up! I called in the middle of a freak out moment on a Sunday and Jacob was really nice while I attempted to calm down and tell him what was going on. My AC had been leaking for who knows how long and he told me what to do to keep everything under control until he came out. He came to check on everything and get my AC working for the time being. He cleaned it up and did some troubleshooting. We also discovered it was a lot older than I knew! We talked about some units and my price range. We came up with a plan and Jake was great to call and check in on me. When we scheduled a time for him to replace the unit, he was timely and installed the new AC in just a day. I came home and didn't know anything had even been touched. No messy floor, no pile of trash at the curb and a beautiful new AC! I was actually worried it would be a bigger problem because of how things were originally installed in my house. It's been an uphill battle when fixing things. But it was perfect and painless. These guys are the real deal. My parent's house @ Jax Beach sat empty after they couldn't live by themselves. We had several AC issues which aren't good when you're trying to sell a house. I got taken for a ride at two other AC companies. One tried to up-charge us and scare me into agreeing to over $800 of work. William came out and found the issue for just a few dollars over the price of a call out. From that time we started using them for all our AC need. Willman Air was honest and responsive and on top of that none of us live in Florida anymore so we were working with them remotely! Imagine that, getting AC work done 100% remotely.. They worked with us and did quality work for reasonable prices. We used them a few times and recently had them replace a Mini-Split in the bonus room. They got that done in just a couple of days. Willman Air is a very responsible company in my opinion. Prompt and professional. After a botched AC service call from Oakleaf A/C where we found they installed an AC filter that was to large and caused water/condensation issues. (That's in another review). Jacob from Willman Air came out and corrected the problem. He was on time and very professional. As a follow up to an earlier review, the troubles continued with the 5 year old air handler. It held up for about three months and started to drip water again. While it probably could have been repaired I opted for a new air handler as I was dealing with the old one several times a year and I didn't want to deal with it anymore. The previous installer finally gave up and was no help. The install was a bit harder than anticipated due to the confined location but the guys installing it did a fantastic job. However there was a faulty part in the new unit and it was too late to get one. Jacob was at the house first thing in the morning and took care of the issue. New air handler is working so much better than the old one ever did. They don't cut corners and make sure the job is done right and cleaned up very well after themselves. I called Jacob because of all the amazing reviews. Our Ac was blowing air. The temperature in our house was continuing to get hotter. With a baby in hand I called Willman Air for help. Jacob answered and said he will be coming after his t-ball game that he coached. He gave me an eta. He was on time. He was super friendly to my daughter and me. He is got out and took apart the ac unit. He educated me on the ins and outs of what he is doing. As an educator this goes along way for me. In the end it was just one part but it was such a joyous experience I would recommend him to everyone. He came into the house and checked to make sure it was working. Which it was. He even gave me a great advice on how to save money on our electric bill. He does want his customers to get ripped off so he explains everything throughly.
