Then I looked up FL Air Flow Heating & Air and called them. An employee answered, followed up by text for my information and had someone at my house 4 hrs later. The team were polite, quickly applied pressure to push out the clog, and were gone in a matter of 15min or so. Price seemed fair for emergency service. The MANY different receptionists they have had over the last 6 months is ridiculous, but apparently they teach them to be condescending with their customers. When the technician arrived, he told me my air ducts did not need to be cleaned and instead sold me a $100 AC System Disinfection service, which I paid for in cash. I have an invoice showing the $100 payment. After my husband questioned why the advertised air duct cleaning service was not performed, the company agreed to refund our money. We were told a refund check had been mailed. When it never arrived, we were told it was "lost in the mail." The company then promised the technician would personally bring us the $100 in cash on Sunday between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. No one showed up, and we never received our refund. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the company, but our calls have gone unanswered. We have documentation of our payment and the promises to refund us.
