I didn't immediately blame the company because I was not sure what happened. I mentioned it to the guy that came to do the inspection a week after installation, he checked out my circuit breaker box and my dryer and says "it's some other problem, I don't know". Later I get an electrician to come check it out, and I find out that these aholes removed my dryer from the circuit breaker box and hid the cables, then lied about it when I brought it up. The funny thing is that if they had told me when they did, I would have been perfectly fine with it. I mentioned this to them after they texted me reminding me on my yearly inspection, and they say "I will run this by our people", a month later still nothing. These people are low class and very unprofessional.

Air systems & controls LLC is a Certified Air Conditioning Contractor for both Commercial/Residential - Services, and the owner and manager is Melvin Coffman and I highly recommend you call him before calling anyone else. My air conditioner recently broke down and I had 2 of the Bigger Named air conditioning contractors look at my AC unit. The first company, gave me an estimate of $2,004.00, and the second company, gave me an estimate of approximately $4,864.00 to repair the unit. Both air conditioning contractors recommended that I replace my unit, and the cost of a new unit was approximately $17K. I was ready to buy a new unit as my unit is 12 years old, and then I happened to talk to my friend who told me about Melvin and he told me that he has been using Melvin for his AC service for many years and that he was very reliable, experienced, and his pricing was reasonable. Anyway, I contacted Melvin and he had my unit up and running in approximately 1 hour. The repairs to my unit required a new Contractor 2-Pole 40 Amp Contactor, and this part can be purchased for approximately $75 online, and misc. hardware like a fuse and some wire connectors, and the labor consisted of replacing the Contractor and cutting and splicing 5 or 6 wires together as the wiring installation was worn away and likely shorted out the Contractor. My AC is now up and has been running just fine for the past week. So, the actual parts to repair my unit were likely in the ballpark of less than $100 dollars, and the labor took approximately 1 hours as Melvin pretty much knew exactly what the problem was within a couple of minutes after looking at the unit. So if you believe a repair like this is worth $2,004 dollars or $4,654 dollars that is on you, I'm glad my friend told me about Melvin. Melvin fixed the AC for a fraction of the cost of the estimates that the Bigger Named AC Contractors provided. I know exactly who I am going to call next time I need service on my AC unit.

It was fixed by noon and he came out a couple days later to make a couple of adjustments (based on his standards, not from our request). He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! My husband's father was in heating and cooling and this company passed my husband's inspection as well.
