Rob and Mellow came out to my apartment this afternoon to repair a wiring issue that has been a problem since I moved in nearly 2 years ago. They were able to properly diagnose the issue quickly and make the repairs immediately after others were not. They were both very professional, clean and courteous! They communicated and explained what they were doing as they went and cleaned the area upon completion so there was almost no trace they had been there. The repair was more labor intensive than they planned but they handled it with complete care and professionalism. They also were extremely respectful of my area and belongings. They will definitely be my first call for any needs from here on! Thanks again! read more

Needed to replace my HVAC in our home. Over 10 years ago I had my A/C replaced by All Weather Contractors. I asked if they could provide next day service as it was getting hot! I got a call from Kevin who is the director (and sold my last unit to us) and luckily they have an opening for an install! Mat and Daryl were the installers along with Robert (supervisor over all the HVAC crews) came to assist with the install. I've met Robert years ago when he was a field technician and he is a super guy. Matt and Daryl worked great together a true professional crew! They were all about customer service and knew their trade. I felt lucky to have these three guys putting in our new system! Even though the pricing has gone up over the years, the technology in these systems have improved dramatically which result in cost savings. read more

I had a prior contractor retile my shower, but when they replaced the spigot, there was a leak behind the wall. After being told for months they would come fix it, I reached out to AWC, and got an appointment within a few days. The service tech was professional, showed me what was done, proved that there was not a leak, and had it done in a very short time. Appreciate the prompt service. read more

All Weather just installed 2 new a/c units in my house and the entire customer service experience was outstanding! From start to finish, everything went smoothly and professionally from my initial contact to the guys handling the installation. Highly recommend! read more

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I purchased my HVAC unit from this business in January, 2017. I recommend you stay away from this business which is only intrested in getting your money any way they can. Once when I called during the warranty period, they denied even selling me this unit and said they had no records of it. That should tell you what kind of business they run.. I called them on 12/15/20 in the worst part of the pandemic and talked with Michelle Duval who said she was the Business Manager. She refused to give me any information about whether having humidity on the screen next to the air filter was common and normal or indicated some type of problem. I tried to explain to her I was 81 and had comorbidities and CDC recommended people over 65 not interact with anyone outside their home and order groceries and medicine be delivered. She however refused to listen and hung up in my ear. The only thing she cared about was me letting them send a technician out to my home to charge me several hundred dollars just to look at this screen and diagnose the problem and possibly expose me to a deadly virus that I could die from. Stay away from this company and don't make the same mistake I did of buying anything from them. They only care about your money and are willing to risk your life to get it. They claim their technicians dress safely but that is something you have to trust your life on and they aren't deserving of that trust. read more

Not a reputable company. Charged me weekend rates for a leak they did not fix. The supervisor was no help at all resolving the issue and kept making excuses for their lack of expertise. Do not use this company read more

The worst work I've ever seen in all my years. Club at Millennia management hired these contractors to do some water pipe replacing. They left such a nasty mess in my apt (and neighbors confirmed theirs too). The mess took days to clean. They ruined my brand new bedroom set with spatter everywhere, Spackle remnants left on the walls, Drywall dust on everything, used my cleaning equipment and left filthy, water bottles left laying around and they chose not to return any of my furniture to where it was. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I wouldn't pay these people a nickel for their services! read more

When you drive a company vehicle around the city of Jacksonville you are representing your company. When you drive negligently and almost hit other drivers without a care in the world and display such a display of distracted driving I can't help but think how your work ethic must be. Some things to consider when representing your company. The vehicle I'm referencing is with license plate HLE D84...should your company even remotely care ‍ read more

We purchased an A/C 3 years ago with a warranty. It has broken 3x and they charge outrageous labor costs on their own equipment with a warranty! I don't recommend doing business with this company. We have had several issues with the A/C unit. We are very unhappy with this company and their services. read more

Top notch! I called All Weather this morning and they were able to come out by the afternoon. Their technician (Robert Suarez) rewired and repaired my A/C with a quickness! I am very impressed! read more

My Heater went out and they came out to inspect it late Monday night and found the issue right away. The very next morning they arrived with a brand new Central Air and Heating unit and went to work. I had the utmost trust in them and left them to do their job. Upon returning home the installation was complete and no mess. Thank you so much!! read more

I had a great experience with All Weather Contractors. I had a serious plumbing issue that a different company couldn't/wouldn't fix and All Weather fixed the issue promptly. Scheduling was easy and the employees I interacted with were professional. Although they aren't cheap, I highly recommend this company. read more

Originally All Weather Contractors did a good job of replacing an air conditioner. But when they came back to fix it they grossly overcharged me. This was not called in as an emergency repair. I was charged $470 (after they agreed to lower their original billing) to replace a failed part that was still under warranty, on the AC they installed. My tenant wrote me a "thank you" email for getting the AC fixed quickly, and wrote that the AWC repairman, "Scott was out at 815am this morning and said that the fan motor was frozen up. He replaced it and was finished by 845am." They charged $470/hr to do a simple job - outrageous. Don't call them for simple work, it's apparently not worth their time to work for $200 per hour (or 1/2 hour). read more

They can install a new unit perfectly but they forget to drain the pipes and the unit stops working. They spent hours here and we thought they were doing the job correctly but forgot one major detail. Please remind them to drain the pipes so the unit will work. read more

We purchased our Carrier unit from All Weather less than 3 years ago. It has broken a number of times. It broke down again this morning (on a Friday) and we called the answering service after waiting for a return call that did not come, I called again and was told that we would not receive service until Monday morning. When I asked the woman on the line to speak to a supervisor - she told me there was none. To top it off the company site is in the same neighborhood and only two blocks away from our home. This company has not provided good follow up service. Their labor costs are outrageous and they certainly are not concerned about keeping their customers. I called another Carrier dealer and they'll be getting our business in the future. read more

All weather Contractors are fixing the stucco in a community called The Palms at Marsh Landing. They have displayed the most unprofessional behavior to myself and other residents. They did not warn the Palms association or tell the residents when they will be taking off windows and using powertools. I had to come home to major interior damage in several places in my home unexpectedly. When making appointments with Daniel, the on site coordinator, he has been sarcastic with me and showed up late every time. I have had to miss time off work for the mishaps. This company hasn't given any notice. I expected at least a 24 hour notice if my windows will be taken off and workers are inside my home. I highly recommend not using All Weather and going with a more professional company. read more

Their work is extremely sloppy and lazy. I specifically asked for a drop bar for my fan, which they installed 6 or less inches from the ceiling, which I would need an 8 foot ladder to just change the bulbs. Their solution was to put EXTREMELY long chains to turn the fan and lights on. They did not install the connection from the dryer vent to the wall so I could hook up my dryer connection. They even inverted the kitchen cabinets. I think they just drive around in a truck and pick up people on the street the morning of a job and hire them on the spot for a day. The quality of work with this company is nonexistent and their workers are unqualified and lazy. read more

the weather is getting hotter and the AC needed some tuning. The All Weather Contractors guy was professional, friendly and took care of the issue. i give them a 4 stars! read more

I created a Yelp account just to post a review of this company. Hands down the MOST unprofessional workers I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They were hired by my apartment complex to install new windows and yes they have installed new windows. However, when I get a letter from the company saying how it should be done in just a few days, that is what I expect. It is now October 17th when the work started well into the beginning of September and the work on my windows is still not complete. You know it is a horrible company when I have workers coming into my apartment asking ME what needs to be done. And this didn't just happen once but multiple times. I work late hours at a hospital where I need my mind to be as sharp as possible for the patients that are being seen to help them receive the best treatment possible. When I work from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, the last thing I want to deal with is horrible employees sawing, hammering, playing music, singing, yelling, and coming into my BEDROOM usually around 8:00 AM. But All Weather Contractors Jacksonville loves to do just that. After numerous complaints to countless different employees and higher-ups of the company, nothing has changed. In fact it's only become worse. I completely understand that the hours these people work is based upon whoever is coming up with their schedule and that is perfectly fine. But when I have people singing and blasting music literally right outside of my window, while I'm trying to sleep, you better believe I'm going to be upset. But let's not forget the main issue at hand here. My windows are STILL not complete. The window on my patio hasn't even been sealed yet and when I tell the workers the response I get is "Yuh somebody will be in there at some point to do it prolly." You make me laugh you worthless employee. I know it isn't going to get done any time soon or hell even at all. So if you would like to hire the most unprofessional, incompetent, rude, disrespectful company on the face of the Earth, then please by all means give All Weather Contractors a call. Next time I would rather someone hire Comcast to come out and do contracting work on my building because frankly, this is pathetic. read more

I can only praise All Weather Contractors for the courtesy and professional service we received when we bought our Carrier unit. The installers were prompt and provided clean excellent installation. .They were very nice. I will never use any other AC company again. They even waited around an hour to make sure the ac was cooling. Thanks ALL WEATHER for coming to our rescue during a very hot summer. So glad we called All Weather. read more

I had a stellar experience with All Weather Contractors. Quick and easy scheduling and the service tech Robert was on time and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue, made the repairs and took me through a step-by-step tutorial on how to proactively prevent the problem from recurring in the future. He was very patient with my many questions and happy to answer them. AWC now has a life-long customer in me and I'd confidently recommend them to anyone who has a need for their services. read more

Joe, is our hero! Our Heating went out Monday morning. Joe came over that morning. We needed a new part that had to be aired in. Even though we spent 1 night with the coldest weather in Jacksonville we made it. The part came in and Joe came over at 5:30 in the afternoon to work late to fix our heater. We have heat!! I love All Weather! Thank you, Beth & Dan Lawlor. read more

It will be expensive to get them out to check your AC. Maybe they will fix it, and maybe they won't. But it will be more expensive to get them out a second time to fix what they should have fixed in the first place. In my case, they "fixed" an AC in early August. When called about two weeks later to "fix" the same AC, they refused to provide any estimate to even determine what was wrong, let alone to fix the problem. But their "appearance" fee was already going to cost more than their first visit to "fix." And of course we won't get any credit for their taking the money the first time and not doing the job right. Will never do business with these "businessmen" again. A/C system less than 5 years old, and numerous major problems that these folks can't fix -- but they sure can cash checks. read more

AWC repaired and replaced ductwork in the crawl space under our house.
