A few weeks later the problem wasn't fixed- still leaking. So we called again. They came out and fixed again; (which means replace a few shingles, use some caulk and glue down old shingles they didn't replace. Roof still leaked. We called several times with no response. Hired a new roofer to come out and investigate and what do you know we had a HUGE HOLE in the wood under the shingles in our roof under the old shingles that the didn't investigate or look at. Apparently the area of the leak is quite common with new construction and you would think that a business like All Around Roofing would know this after 30+ years in the business. Nope, they just let the hole remain there for someone else to clean up and do the job. When I called All Around Roofing about a refund I was told: absolutely not. I was told that they don't guarantee their work for this reason and didn't have to refund anything and that they did the best job they could at the time. When I told the owner that I would have been better off going up there myself and putting Elmer's glue on the roof myself he said perhaps I should have, then he hung up on me (so much for professionalism). They replaced shingles that didn't need to be replaced, left the undiscovered hole on my roof to continue to cause damage and called it a day. I basically threw away $500 dollars into the wind. Buyer beware---DIY with a hammer, nails and Elmer's glue is a better option than these guys! Go somewhere else, these guys aren't only unprofessional they also have zero integrity and won't give you a warranty or back up their product or work. There are much better roofers out there!! There is a picture that I added here so you could see for yourself the huge hole that All Around Roofing didn't find the first or second time they came out to fix the leak in our roof.

Bohemia Roofing installed our roof several years back and it has leaked numerous times. We had them…read morecome out and fix it in the past, but now it is happening again. This time, it has destroyed our custom tongue and groove, patio furniture, and more. They came out a few months back and gave numerous excuses as to why it is leaking (including denial), but have done nothing to actually fix the issue. We had GAF out (since Bohemia had us upgrade to the "Golden Pledge Warranty") and they said it is not a shingle issue, but instead, an installation issue. Screenshot attached. We then had other roofing companies come out that have also confirmed this is due to the low-quality sealant that Bohemia roofing used during installation. They said to us, "It is 100% a workmanship issue because there are measures that can be taken to avoid the issue." It's very upsetting that Bohemia Roofing is now refusing to help us get this fixed and it will end up costing us thousands of dollars. We've tried for months now to communicate with them and ask them to help us fix it properly, but they have stopped responding altogether.
