Monica worked diligently to inform me of a cancellation that secured me an appointment Monday morning. Mind you I called end of business day the Friday before. On the day of inspection, Darin and Jonas worked together to provide efficient service to ensure a thorough and speedy inspection. They covered a full home inspection, 4-point, wind mitigation and WDO with one service call. After completion they met with us and provided a beautifully laid out booklet that explained things like general lifespan of appliances and different building blocks of the house. They were open to questions and were very patient with us. Shortly after I received all reports via email along with a comparative analysis of the neighborhood with timelines in which general repairs were made, given most homes in this development were built the same year. They also offer an array of home warranties that are free with full home inspection services.
