Fast forward 5 years later, I recently found a leak from the same area. This time, Reliant still responded in a timely fashion and sent the crew in the same week. I commend the crew, Edgar and Joel, worked diligently to identify the issue. I think the first crew in October, 17 just found one spot and repaired that spot and did not search further for underlying issue. I gave 4 stars for their quick response but failed 5 stars for doing subpar job at first. I had the same roof for first 20 years without a leak and after replaced the new roof by Reliant and it leaked in first 6 months and 5 years after (twice already).

The guys were hard workers, I had a lot of weeds on the driveway and it took them 2 days of pressure washing. The day the driveway was sealed, it down poured about 15 minutes after the completed the job. Naturally, I was concerned the sealant wouldn't have had time to set and reached out to the company. They assured me it was ok. 6 weeks later and my driveway looks like it was never treated. Very disappointed in the results, I might as well have set $3k on fire. Reached out to the company via email first and was ignored, finally got in touch with them via phone after several attempts and was told there was nothing they can do and encouraged me to now pay for a weed removal team. I understand the rain was unfortunate but I feel that the company could have done more to make sure I had quality results instead of dismiss my concerns when I immediately reached out. Very disappointed and I feel like it was a complete waste of money. They were hard workers while they were out there, and that is the reason I am giving them any stars to be honest. The caulk along my chimney flashing had failed, causing water to seep under my roof, causing damage to the ceiling under my front porch. Luckily, it hadn't done any damage inside the house yet. I allowed them to replace that area of the roof: shingles, underlayment, repairing the flashing along the chimney. The price was reasonable. Not the cheapest, but you don't want the cheapest work; trust me on that. It's been a couple of months, many rains, and the area that was replaced is doing great. When it comes time to replace the whole roof, I'll be calling Army Ants again.
