These people were terrible, Mark shows up the first day Tuesday said he would be here in the afternoon, no calls no heads-up and by 7 pm I figured they were not going to show, but he called at 7:15 and ask if I still wanted him to stop by. So I already waited all afternoon so I said yes, he looked around found a leak in the inside condenser, said it needed to be replaced and that he would get back to me. I did not hear anything more until Friday when two other guys called me in the afternoon and said they were 15 minutes out, once again no heads-up or anything, these guys get to work and pull out the condenser start to put in the new one and the next thing I know they are packing up their tools and were heading to the truck. So I look around my ac is now in pieces and so I head out to their truck and asked what is going on and they said they had the wrong condenser and that their boss would be calling me. Nobody called all weekend until Monday and I am home and they call me at 2 pm and said they were 30 minutes out from my house, I was upset as once again there was no heads-up, so I tell my boss I have to leave and I met these guys at my house. They got to work put in the new unit and got everything working and they were gone. Cost 674.00 dollars and the condenser was under warrantee. Wednesday afternoon the unit quit working I called them and they came out the next day yet another guy. He found that the freon they put in $250.00 worth was all gone again, he did his checks and found another leak in the pipes in between the two units, he said the two pipes would need to be replaced and that would be another $800.00 and I would need to wait until the following Tuesday. I said you just cost me $250.00 in freon because they did not check the system fir leaks before they left and now you want an additional $800.00 and so once again he said he would have the boss call me and he did not. So the following day I called them and said I was cancelling my Tuesday appt to replace the copper lines, she said "why did you find someone cheaper" I said yes and she ok and good bye. Nobody has called me since. These people had great reviews and for the life of me I can not see why. Their communication with the customer (me) was terrible actually completely non-existent. And zero concerns for my concerns. They cost me a lot of money and time and now I had to find another AC contractor. Do not hire these guys they are completely unsatisfactory at every level. 5 ! read more
