My friend and I were sitting at a Daily's gas station, trying to figure out how we were going to get my spare on without having to call a company to do it. We were calling our friends to see if they could help, and we even tried doing it ourselves. Until one of this company's employees had notice us struggling while he was filling up his gas tank. He offered his help, and immediately jumped in to change my tire himself. I failed to get his name during the middle of all of the chaos, and I wish I would've so I could've thanked him personally. This man's willingness to take time out of his Monday morning work day, was a small act of kindness that impacted my day in a really big way. So thank you, to the man who helped me this morning- even though your help seemed like a pretty easy task for you, it made a really big difference for me. Supreme Air Services was contracted by my home warranty company to repair my central air system…read more Tech came out, troubleshoot system and couldn't find the issue. System blowing air out like the fan is on, not cold air. Called warranty company back and explained a/c is still not working properly and that my home was up to 80 degrees inside, so I put a window unit in. They said supreme air has to be the one to come back out. I called Francis at supreme air to see when he would come back out. He stated I could " call a major ac repair company, pay their diagnostic fee, tell me what they find and I will repair that". I called Choice Warranty back and requested a new company to come out. They said that it would have to be Supreme Air for the second visit. Supreme Air told me they would be out today, Tuesday the 4th. He told my warranty company the same thing. Spoke with him moments ago and he stated he can't come out until Thursday, the 6th. 2 weeks with a/c not working properly and I'm stuck with this company unless I pay out of pocket. I would highly recommend choosing one of the "major" a/c repair companies in the area.
