The tech said if we gave him a five star review, he would knock off $25. Since it seemed to be fine, I did that. The clog returned, and I called Alex. I am tired of paying for sloppy work. I booked through YELP. He was on time and explained that in his professional opinion it would be best to snake it from the roof and then follow with jetting it all the way to the street. He was on the roof for an hour in 100° heat. He ran a camera through when he was finished and showed us the clean pipes and the grease blob that had caused the blockage. The drain is now clean of grease, not just a hole punched through the clog. Clean. His price for snaking, jetting and running the camera in was less than what Roto Rooter charged to just snake the drain. I recommend Alex 110%. Honest, fair and reasonable pricing with a wonderful moral work ethic. He is out there to help you not snake you!

Oh yeah, my bathtub was really slow to drain too. It was unreal. So he quoted me $525 unless something really messed up occurred. Flat rate. It ended up being complicated, he found a clog after snaking the bathtub, toilet and figured another clog was way out there somewhere. He came in Monday late afternoon (4:30) and was at my home till 8:30. This guy is super busy. So he came by today-2nd day (he just left a bit ago) and had to cut the drywall to put new nozzle/valves in that hooks up to the washing machine hot and cold hoses. He let that glue dry for a while and worked on the sink in the bathroom. He snaked the sink and found the clog and pushed through it and fixed that. Now everything works. He was here another 4 hours. This guy works his butt off. Anyway, he only charged me $600 flat for all that. I had someone tell me they'd charge me $150/hour... thank goodness I chose this company. He and his office staff are responsive, professional, and he cleans up after himself and didn't leave a mess. I will call them next time I need a plumber. I would give him more stars but I can't.
