I called at 8am gave a brief description of the problem and was told they would be at the house by about 1pm the same day. The plumber arrived at 1pm. He diagnosed the problem swiftly and had to snake the main sewer line through the roof (clogged toilets backing up into tub and shower). Told me the what and why's of the problem and told me what to buy to prevent the issue from occurring again in the future. Also fixed a leaking shower knob. Total cost $100 which was less than I expected. Price may be higher or lower for the same service for someone else and probably depends on the severity and difficulty of the job. I know someone who had the same service through another company and it cost them $150. The plumber was very nice and polite and the job was done quickly. I am saving Dale's contact info in my phone because we will absolutely use them in the future and refer them to friends and family.

First, I want to recognize Matt, the technician who came to my home. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the visit. He took the time to answer my questions and shared valuable information about water treatment systems and installation considerations. He also mentioned that when these units are shipped and transported on their sides, it can sometimes create issues depending on the equipment and how long it remained in that position. I appreciated his expertise and his willingness to educate me on the project. My concern is not with Matt, but with the company's communication regarding fees. During my Yelp communications, I was advised that this would be a free estimate. Based on that representation, I scheduled the appointment. Matt reviewed the project and provided a quote of approximately $2,700. After obtaining several other quotes in the $400 to $550 range, I decided to move forward with another installer. Only after I informed Matt that I would not be proceeding with David Gray was I advised of a $49 service charge. At no point during the Yelp conversation, scheduling process, or prior to the appointment was I informed that there would be a charge associated with the estimate. Had I known about this fee in advance, I would not have scheduled the appointment. What made the situation more frustrating was that after declining the work, I received an invoice via email for the $49 charge, despite my understanding, based on the Yelp messages, that the estimate was free. This came as a complete surprise, as no fee had been disclosed or discussed beforehand. I believe companies should be transparent about any service-call, trip, diagnostic, or estimate fees before scheduling appointments so customers can make informed decisions. Again, Matt was excellent and represented the company professionally. My review reflects concerns with the company's communication and billing practices, not the quality of service provided by the technician. I would encourage future customers to confirm in writing whether any charges apply to estimates or site visits before scheduling an appointment.

Extreme price gouging!!!! During a hard freeze this past winter my pipes froze and burst. My…read morerelative recommended this company so I called for assistance. They came the next day and repaired the damaged pipes and replaced two sub meters. The plumber they sent had never seen sub meters. He said I'd need to call JEA about them. I explained that they were mine and that I'd had them installed years prior. He had no clue where to get them. He went back to his truck after looking over the situation and I came back inside and called a plumbing supply company five minutes from my home that stated they carried them. I went out to his truck and told him where he could get the sub meters and he was sitting there clipping his nails! After a while he left and got the necessary supplies for the job and came back and made the necessary repairs. According the the owner of the company the sub meters cost $237.00 each totaling $474.00 there was four feet of PVC pipe replaced and the charge for the repair was $2,186.91. The repair took a total of three house counting the time the repair person sat in my driveway clipping his nails and doing whatever else he was doing but surely was not working on my repair. He didn't even wrap the piped with insulation after he replaced the broken pipes and meters. He told me I'd need to do that! Their hourly fee for this job works out to approximately $550.00 per hour! In my opinion that's price gouging. I spoke with Spencer, the owner of the company who told me they don't work "buy the hour" they price by the job and reminded me of overhead costs etc. He said he'd look over the paperwork for the job and see what he could do. After numerous attempts to contact him he finally offered me a $200.00 refund and said he'd mail it to me. After countless attempts to get the refund I finally drove to their "office" and in person I requested they write me a check. I waited about twenty minutes and got the $200.00 refund. I will NEVER call this company again!

CCMP has been wonderful to deal with at any level! We have a 60+ year old house with cast iron plumbing. That stuff wears out, who knew? There have been a lot of plumbing issues over the last year. I would not use any other plumber at this point. Jacob, Michael and Mark have all been out to do different jobs and have been wonderful to work with. They have gone above and beyond with their service and have been available every time I have a problem. They are trustworthy and professional in every way. They have saved me a lot of money and headaches. I had problems with another contractor on a project and they worked with me to get the issue resolved. Even though it was not their problem. He does more Grandpa time these days and enthusiastically gave us the name of St Augustine Plumbing. We called in the morning and a father and son team swung by a few short hours later. They were very sweet and knowledgeable and showed us where our main drain cleanout is on the front yard. They also showed us what to do if we have the same minor symptoms and not a bad spill. They could have pulled out a bunch of equipment and performed a bunch of theatrics and charged a lot of money - but they didn't. I really respect and appreciate these guys and their work ethic and highly recommend them to anyone else experiencing the washing machine/toilet gurgle.

I said it's not a coincidence,I've lived here 16 years and this never happened and suddenly it happens 2 days after you come out? No chance. I ask for the lead tech and he refuses saying the guy who came out will be familiar with the situation. So the same guy comes out and does the same damn thing- drains it not fixing anything, because apparently this time it will magically work. He tells me as he's leaving I can wait a few days and adjust the pipes under once all the sewage under my house drains again because he looked at them and that should work.You know, the thing I actually hired a plumber for. He also tells me they did cause it pushing the clog farther in without fixing it. Few days later, surprise surprise, my bathtub and kitchen sink are filled with feces etc. I call up and complain and ask him to come out and fix it. He sends somebody who does the same fricking thing and tries to charge me $200! I call him up and he says it's a coincidence, despite his own employe saying it was, and that he doesn't do sewage lines and I remind him I just had a clogged toilet that his business made ten times worse. His response? Okay, I won't charge you! But dont call again. And guess what happened a few days later? Yup sewage overflowing and in the tub and kitchen sink. Run far far away from this business. This is not an honorable man and this is not a reputable business.
