Huge shout-out to Yelp and the "Projects" feature! I recently had a new fence installed, and unfortunately, the installers nicked a pipe, covered up a couple of sprinklers, and left me needing repairs ASAP. I submitted a request through Yelp Projects, and several companies responded. I LOVE this feature! The first company I contacted through Facebook Marketplace quoted me $1,270! I told them I wasn't about to let them bust me up and leave me leaking! After scheduling a few appointments through Yelp, C&L came out at 1:30 p.m. and sent Damien. He assessed the situation, gave me a fair price, and I accepted on the spot. I canceled my other appointments because I knew I had found the right person. Let me tell you, this young man has SKILLS! I watched him work, and this guy is a PRO! He got everything squared away faster than he originally estimated, used less equipment than expected, AND still had time to fine-tune my sprinklers. Damien didn't just do the job; he took pride in his work and made sure everything was taken care of. That kind of service deserves recognition! C&L, give this man a raise! Better yet, make him a trainer and have him teach your team how to deliver that same level of service. If you keep employees like Damien on your team, you'll never be short on customers! I highly recommend C&L! And Damien, if management is reading this, I hope they know what an asset you are to their company. Great service, fair pricing, and a job well done. I was looking for someone to check my sprinkler system. After an extensive Google search, I found C&L Landscape. At first I balked at $150/hr. Let me just say, it was worth it. They came timely within the allotted 1hr window. They were very friendly. They found the broken sprinkler head, fixed it, and was gone within an hour. I would definitely use them again. Trell and the other tech , I did not get his name, were amazing. read more

Very good at what they do, but very proud of what they do. With pride comes expensive totals.

Outstanding! Our sprinklers have been unused for more than 10 years so we needed a start-up and thorough check up. Brice arrived on time, got right to work, very polite, very thorough. Great to have a true expert on the job! Had us backup and running in no time. I'm really, REALLY impressed by Brice's work and with the communication from the C&L folks. I highly recommend them! read more

After I wrote my review George came to see me and we had a nice conversation, he understood my point and I understood his. So he made sure to finish the job and make everything look great. George is very proud of his family business and I don't blame him, he wants to make sure everyone who hires C&L, is happy with the outcome, and at this point I am happy with the outcome. If you do come across a problem call George, so it can be taken care of. I would like to say I made a mistake about no discount, I did get a discount, also I would erase my first review, but honestly I can't figure out how. read more

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the service I received from C&L. I contacted C&L for suggestions for my dying front landscape. Leslie Smith listened to what my husband and I wanted done. He made suggestions and within an hour he had come up with an amazing plan for my front yard. We had his proposal the day we spoke to him. Once we received approval from our HOA his crew went into action and had our project completed in three and a half days. His crew was amazing. They worked non stop and were pleasant and courteous. My front landscaping looks fantastic! read more

Had Mr. Smith stop by for an estimate. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. You can tell he knows his stuff. I'd definitely hire him, if I could afford him. If it's something relating to structural integrity, I'd hire him. He's the sort of person that will do it right the first time. You gather that from speaking with him. However, you get what you pay for and this company is professional, and there prices reflect it. I'd definitely use them to build or do important things concerning structural integrity. However, as far as landscaping goes, unless you're a high end commercial business (as they are accustomed to helping) you could most likely find similar results at much more affordable prices. This review is not meant to be a dig at this company. Simply to help steer smaller, residential customers like myself towards smaller landscape companies with prices that reflect our smaller budgets. For example, he quoted me approximately $200K to fill a pond with approximately 7,000 cubic feet of dirt. He was very clear as to the work that needed to go into doing this project correctly, in order to obtain structural soundness for future building on top of it. As opposed to other landscapers that were talking about filling the pond with biodegradable debris, and never mentioned compacting it. For that job C&L was clearly the obvious choice. They completely understood what it took to ensure it would result in a sound and correctly done job. The price was just more than I was ready for. read more

George and his crew were lovely to work with! Incredibly communicative throughout the process. Professional and easy experience. We absolutely love our pavers and can not wait to enjoy our patio! Worth every penny read more

We've been having real problems with our sprinkler system. Glenn came out, changed out some of the heads, readjusted others, and "tweaked" the whole system. Now everything is getting watered like it should. After several failed attempts with other companies, this was a real treat. The cost was reasonable. If we ever need additional help with our system, we will use only C&L and we will ask for Glenn, specifically. read more

George and his team were excellent. He designed and installed landscaping for our back yard. He understood our needs, budget and truly was an expert with the work. C&L Landscape made sure we were completely satisfied before taking payment and closing out the job. They even added pressure washing of the home and driveway and made sure our sprinklers were operational. Would highly recommend their services. read more

I cannot recommend C & L Landscape enough! Extremely pleased with the service and especially Pedro. What a wonderful young man and his work ethics were by far the very best. I am new in the area and found website that was extremely helpful. George, Tommy, Pedro and phone assistance were so very helpful. Couldn't be more pleased. Much thanks again for all your suggestions with landscaping. I have had so many wonderful comments on the work that was done. Thanks again. A 5 plus star rating. read more

These guys did an outstanding job for us. We had our entire back yard graded properly, then sodded. Also had a large paver patio installed, looks great, they worked fast. Very pleased with their work. read more

They replaced some thatch and dead spots in my yard with sod in early December. We had an early freeze that night, and some of the new sod did not recover. C&L replaced the frost-damaged sod and did a wonderful job. Thank you! read more

Prior to moving in to our home, we knew the sprinkler system was seriously flawed. After careful research and interviews, we chose to utilize C&L Landscape to install a new system. We were provided with a carefully itemized estimate and plan that was customized to our landscape wishes. No question was left unanswered. Every individual I encountered was prompt, courteous and professional. I look forward to moving on with our extended landscape projects when the opportunity arises, and have absolutely no reservations recommending this company to anyone! read more

Recently we had sod work done to our back yard following the installation of our pool. After doing a thorough search over the internet we found C & L Landscape to have the best reviews. George managed the project from start to finish, and the end product looked better than before the pool installation. My neighbor was so impressed that he has contracted C & L to do multiple projects on his property. I would recommend C & L Landscape for any landscaping project. read more

I cannot recommend C&L Landscape enough! We were extremely pleased with the service and quality of work we received. We had a big project that required a lot of demo work, leveling, mulching, and installation of sod and plant material, and they never disappointed us. They showed up on time when they said they would, they worked hard to complete the project in a timely manner, they were polite and efficient, they made great recommendations on plant material, and at the end of the project, they pressure washed our house and hardscapes to make our house look better than it did to start with! Furthermore, they pointed out that they broke a few pavers and went and bought new ones and came back to replace them! They truly went above and beyond to provide a high quality level of work and it showed. Thank you, C&L Landscape for the awesome work and attention to detail. We noticed and really appreciated it! read more

George and his team were great. I had Pavers for a Patio and the workmanship was better than I could have dreamed.

Such a professional company that delivers great work EVERY TIME. I needed some work done at my house and George and his crew did an AMAZING job. The first project was sodding the front yard. George and his crew were on time, kept me informed on the progress and made sure he cleaned up the dirt in the driveway and my porch afterwards. They even took it a step further and put some mulch in my garden. The second project was installing pavers in my backyard, same great experience. They were on time, kept me informed and cleaned up afterwards. They took it a step further and moved the extra pavers to the front of my house so I can put them in my garage AND they installed sod in my backyard. C & L Landscaping is the only company I will trust. read more

Although I see mostly rave reviews, I have to disagree. I had made an appointment back in June and had to resked due to short-notice trip out of town; I called and asked to resked; this was 3 weeks ago. I was informed that I would be called by the technician "soon" for re-sked. Nearly three weeks later (today), I get a call from a technician (I assume) because he asked if I would be there today after 4:30pm. I informed him that I would not be using them because this took way too long for follow-up phone call. I then said "good luck with your company" in the future and he hung up on me. I consider this action by him to be unsatisfactory and unwarranted. Not only will I not ever use them again, I won't recommend nor endorse. read more

WOW... just wow.... this guy came out to give me a quote on a paving project I wanted to have done. To start the guy was several hours early for the appt but at least he called ahead. Secondly he was INCREDIBLY rude when he came out. Barely would conversate with me about the project and what I wanted done. He assumed he knew everything I wanted and would start talking when I was in the middle of asking a question. He seemed extremely disinterested in my project and seemed like he was blowing me off, maybe he didnt think I had much money or something I dunno. At the end of the 4 minutes he gave me attention for he was walking away to his truck and I was said to him "I just want to make sure we are on the same page, I would like to have 2 quotes for..." he interrupts with "Yeah I know what you want I got it"... then didnt give me any turn around time on the quote or ask me what kinda stones i wanted or what was even involved in the project. Also he measured the entire project with his feet.... yes thats right. After 2 days I finally got what I think was a quote. I say think cause what I got was a email that contained a photograph of a yellow notepad with notes scribbled on it that I could not read and a few numbers equaling almost $25,000!!! Are you freaking kidding me? No way my project is that freaking costly! Are the stones made of diamonds?!?! They wouldnt answer any other emails I sent them... I will never call this company again for anything and I wouldnt recommend anyone else do it. They are rude and overpriced and disrespectful. read more
