I had exceptional service today at my house. Recently, my husband and I built a backyard playground for my son and unfortunately we could tell there was an issue with the irrigation under the play gym because a small hole underneath the playground began to form. I contacted Gator Irrigation and Landscaping because I noticed that my irrigation system was put in by that company years prior to my husband and I purchasing our house. I emailed them online and they immediately responded back and informed me they could come the following day at 12 pm. Gator Irrigation promptly arrived the next day when they were scheduled to come to my house. After I showed the two men my concern, they quickly began to work. They dug up a hole and noticed the irrigation pipe under my sons play gym had a medium size hole. They quickly repaired it and they fixed and replaced all my sprinkler heads that were not functioning properly all less than one hour. In additional, they also reset my irrigation system and taught me how to use it. All their services cost me leas than $150. I was extremely grateful for their service. The two men that came to my house were a joy to speak too and were very personable. I will definitely continue to do service with Gator Irrigation. read more

I moved into a new home about a year ago and the guys from Gator Irrigation replaced my pump with a premium system, at a competitive price. The two man team was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient with their time. In addition to replacing the pump, they did a courtesy check of my existing irrigation and made some recommendations on how to run my zones to maximize coverage. After returning from a recent business trip I found my newly placed sod starting to wilt. Apparently in my absence there was an issue with the irrigation system. I called Gator Irrigation and they provided their soonest appointment, which was about 5 days later. These guys are so good that they are in high demand. So the 'mechanic" came out and checked the system thoroughly. It was a minor issue that apparently resolved itself by allowing the unit to cool down and start back up again....also known as "user error". I was apologetic for wasting his time. He responded with," no problem...call us again if you have any other issues." Professional, courteous and a positive attitude.... And best yet, he didn't charge me for the quick visit. Something I feel bad about as he had to drive out to see me. I do not have enough words to express my thanks and gratitude to Gator Irrigation both for the initial visit...and the recent follow up. We had an 8 zone irrigation system that hadn't worked since 2008. Our irrigation pump and tank were replaced a few weeks ago and it was time for the irrigation system to be repaired. We called Gator Irrigation and Landscaping for an appointment, and Anthony and Hector came out and completed a thorough review of our irrigation system. After some initial repairs were completed, other repairs flagged, and our indoor controller replaced, Anthony gave us a written estimate for the repairs: multiple heads, in-line breaks, rotors and risers needed to be replaced. We scheduled the work and the crew came back a week later, arriving at 8:15 AM. They were on time and ready to work, starting within minutes of their arrival. I was shocked when the work was completed at 11:00 AM!! Anthony and his team, RJ, Hector & Ken, were amazing!! Anthony showed us how to program the new Inside Rainbird Controller, showed us the 8 zones while the sprayers were running simultaneously, and answered our questions. We are so thankful for the revamping of our system and are impressed with their work ethic and knowledge of the irrigation layout and repair. We couldn't be happier!! They were polite, professional, good listeners, came on time, completed the job on time, cleaned up every night before they left, LISTENED to what we wanted and helped us create the "look" we were hoping for. The house looks 30 years younger. The new irrigation system is perfect! They also pruned and spruced up the landscape islands that were previously planted and did a lot of pruning of our hurricane damage. I can't say enough nice things about this firm. sent 2 emails and made 2 phone calls before receiving a call back to schedule a landscaping consult. 1 week later at the time of the appointment, the person calls and says he forgot about the appt but was on his way. we discussed what i wanted and my price points to which he responded "no problem". a week later he text that he lost the measurements and could he come back to do it again. 3 days later he emailed me that he was still behind but he did a preliminary draft and he can't meet my price points. UGH GRRRRRR.....i waited over 3 weeks to be told no can do?!?! very very frustrating experience. and very disappointing as gator installed my sprinkler system and i have referred them to my family. i will absolutely never call them again read more
