Installed the flooring and eights months later, the planks began to cup. Took pics, contacted the manufacture. They sent out a rep. to inspect. Claim results stated not a manufacture issue. Went back to the issuing store, showed pics again to them, file a claim with the store itself. Later finding out the employee that sold the product was fired. Now the store will not stand by my problem because they can't contact the fired employee.

They were very clear about price and timing differences and there was never any pressure to chose a more expensive option. We chose a non-custom option and are delighted with the outcome. From our initial meeting to completion, everything went smoothly. We were given clear details about timing and costs to manage our expectations. Follow up site visits were so appreciated. Their contractors and subs are absolute pros. Not only were they clearly meticulous about installation, etc., but they were all a pleasure to have in our home. I had Bee Tree Homes knock down two walls, do a bunch of intricate crown molding, rewire a bunch of…read morelight switches and electrical outlets, setup a breakfast bar, cut and install some porcelain tile, lots of drywall installation, and put in some pendant light fixtures. Bee Tree Homes is run by Chuck and Katrina Hosea, both of whom were very professional to deal with. The work I had done was primarily accomplished by Thomas and Aaron. I am extremely happy with the results. The place looks like the walls were never there in the first place! My home was built in 1924 so nothing is straight, making it tedious to do any sort of renovating. But Bee Tree came through - the crown molding looks seamless, the paint job is perfect, and they even had to add some hardwood flooring, doing a fantastic job matching it to what was already there (hard to do since the floors are original). Simply put, everything looks perfectly seamless, which must have been difficult given the age of the house. Besides the excellent craftsmanship, they were very polite, courteous, and professional - not at all the "rough around the edges" types you can sometimes get. The one negative would be the communication. I was initially quoted 4-5 days to get the job done, but it ended up taking almost twice that long due to some unforeseen difficulties. No problem with the extension, but I was often left in the dark as to what exactly was going on. I'd often have to initiate the communication rather than Bee Tree being proactive and calling me up. However, when I did ask questions or have any concerns, they answered promptly and without sounding annoyed that their customer kept calling them. So in all, I'd highly recommend them for any sort of home renovation or remodel. You'll be very happy with the results, just be proactive with communicating with them.

I was quoted $333.69 for the broom closet, which I paid. Once on the homesite, my contractor noticed that broom closet cabinet was not cut to 12" but was 18", which is not usable in my space. I called my sales Rep -Kirenia- and expected that she would exchange the incorrect cabinet for the one I paid for. NOPE. She said I would have to buy a 24" cabinet for $630.12 additional. But I paid for the cabinet already!! Of all the companies I have worked with throughout my many years of remodeling, I have NEVER been mistreated the way I was at Panda Kitchen .
