We went from a small, weirdly placed island to a 10' island in the kitchen without moving any walls. Plus, the placement of appliances and spacing is perfect. They were straightforward about the pros and cons of all of the cabinetry options they offered. Some offer more "customized" features and some are more basic. They were very clear about price and timing differences and there was never any pressure to chose a more expensive option. We chose a non-custom option and are delighted with the outcome. From our initial meeting to completion, everything went smoothly. We were given clear details about timing and costs to manage our expectations. Follow up site visits were so appreciated. Their contractors and subs are absolute pros. Not only were they clearly meticulous about installation, etc., but they were all a pleasure to have in our home. Very respectful, neat, nice, and good at what they do. Truly a great experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service, professional, and great quality. With NO pressure to upgrade or spend more money EVER. We did that on our own after reviewing options. We love our new kitchen!

Thank you so much for all of your hard work. I will absolutely call on this company again for any future modeling needs. A+++ recommendation! -Wayne and Deborah A.

I took John into the showroom to have him see the cabinets too- since he was working when Ryan came out to our house. We picked a color and put our deposit down and was given a countertop company to go browse- Granite Depot is who they work with. I was highly recommended to another countertop company and we shopped both and finally decided just yesterday who to go with. Ryan has been great so far- my only ding is that he impresses his opinions about cabinets and sinks and such and while his expertise is noted and appreciated, his recommendations didn't match mine all of the time- so please, go with what you want- don't let anyone talk you out of your vision. That being said- we are scheduled for cabinet install for mid September. I will be sure to update my review after the install. So far, I like working with L&T.

She sent a picture to verify what it looked like. When delivered the top was yellow greenish and certainly not matching the cabinet that they made. She refused to replace it or the shower bench or offer compensation in any way. She was extremely rude and aggressive. She said if I did not pay in full they would put a lien on my property. Avoid her and this company at all costs. I sent multiple pictures that clearly indicated what it looked like to no avail. Even the drawer to the cabinet was a piece from another project as it had hinge holes drilled out. She refused to replace the door as well. Just a terrible experience from someone who just doesn't care.

We left our contact information and scheduled an appointment for measurement and free estimate. Pete (owner) and Denise (designer) arrived to check out our kitchen and discuss options. He took all the needed measurements and a week or so later we had an estimate. The estimate was right in line with what we were expecting for the remodel. We got a few estimates but I really liked the personalities of Pete and his employees and liked that it was a local business who did everything. I wouldn't need to play contractor with Corbella. It took two meetings to finalize the design and choose the cabinets, floors, fixtures, etc. paperwork was signed and a deposit made. Construction is never perfect - we had to choose a new faucet. Certain cabinets were too large so the change delayed our start by a week. But all in all, the process was good. In 2.5 weeks, the kitchen was demolished and back to a fully working state. Through various stages, the workers tried their best to minimize dust by putting up plastic sheeting. They always swept and vacuumed at the end of the day. They tried their best and it helped but construction will always have dust. Some changes were made as we went along: a vent had to be moved, a light fixture needed to change, the tile guy made a mistake but it was quickly fixed once I saw it. Normal stuff. Denise and Pete periodically check in on progress. The project manager would call me each evening to tell me who was coming and when to expect them the next day. One change was made that gave us a $600 credit - I didn't know the change would have even resulted in less labor charges but Pete and his crew are honest. This was a full gut job - appliances were moved, walls and soffits were removed, wiring and water lines were moved. But at the end of our remodel, we had a beautiful brand new kitchen. The house feels so much more open and it truly looks like a magazine. I absolutely love our finished kitchen. We're hoping to use Corbella again once we can remodel a bathroom and I have recommended them to a number of friends.

We did most of the demo and anything that we were confident in doing and with her supervision, it went flawlessly. I used Ikea products and Kamila was a whiz at putting the cupboards and drawers together! She found me the best deal on my beautiful granite countertops and let me use her business discount on paint. We did not require a contractor but others may and Level Up are very well versed in what you need to know and do before you do for any major structural changes. Kamila was amazing in helping pick paint colors, complimenting tile colors and backsplash and she knew what would make colors pop and what trim would make clean finishes. Kamila and Piotr are very professional and are very hard working. They are clean and courteous and understand no one wants their house to be under construction forever! Project - $400K add on and remodel to $600K home…read more Quality Average The final product feels like a new apartment rather than a million dollar home. Mistakes: On the day of move-in, many problems existed in a supposedly completed home, including: Hot water plumbed to toilets (120 degrees) Only cold water to showers No water pressure in sinks No attic ventilation Leaking pipes Door handles falling off Unsecured and uncapped gas lines Went through 6 different supervisors on the project. There was no consistency due to constant turnover and no one knew what the prior supervisors had done. They were not my advocate. This is a business that looks out for profit and not for providing a quality service. Efficiency Poor 1. Was told they would start the project in 3 months. Actually took 6 months to start. 2. Was told it would take 6-9 months to complete and it actually took 14 months. 3. After completion took 5 months to complete the punch list. 4. Total of 25 months. For a project that should have been completed in less than a year. Cost Charges are ambiguous and unethical Their billing system was highly erroneous. I had to review bills with a fine-toothed comb and on multiple occasions found the "mistake" of over-charging tens of thousands of dollars, but never any under-charges. They would also charge for upgrades that never took place. Originally, they tell you that a painting subcontractor will cost $10K along with a 20% supervision fee adding up to $12K. What ends up happening is they choose an alternate subcontractor of the poorest quality that only costs $6K but will still charge you $12K, making a 100% profit on what was originally a 20% fee. Also, due to the unsatisfactory work done by the low-grade subcontractors, jobs will often have to be redone multiple times. For example, my house had to be repainted four times. Overall, the unclear and dishonest system creates more problems and ends up costing much more money and taking more time than originally discussed. Recommendation I would never use this company again. I would only recommend them to someone who I would want to have a painful, expensive, poor quality experience.
