I decided to focus on the bathrooms and had many estimates to just change out a tub to a total gut and tile. All were out of my price range. Then I got lucky and meet Silvia and Marco. I was discouraged and almost cancelled the appointment, but am I ever glad I didn't! They didn't tell me what they wanted to do and how to do it, they listened to what I wanted, what I could afford, and found a way to make it happen. They weren't out to make a buck, they wanted to make a beautiful product. I got to pick out everything. Their team was absolutely incredible. They were very professional throughout and such nice people. But the tile, plumbing, electrical, painting, all were just perfect. So great that I decided to do another bathroom and laundry room. They even fixed several mess ups from previous contractors. My first bathroom they gutted and remade perfectly for almost half the price of other estimates. I will certainly call them for my deck, my roof, my kitchen, all my next projects.

Corbella handled our full kitchen remodel and I would highly recommend them. We found Corbella…read moreafter some internet searching and stumbled in one Saturday afternoon. We left our contact information and scheduled an appointment for measurement and free estimate. Pete (owner) and Denise (designer) arrived to check out our kitchen and discuss options. He took all the needed measurements and a week or so later we had an estimate. The estimate was right in line with what we were expecting for the remodel. We got a few estimates but I really liked the personalities of Pete and his employees and liked that it was a local business who did everything. I wouldn't need to play contractor with Corbella. It took two meetings to finalize the design and choose the cabinets, floors, fixtures, etc. paperwork was signed and a deposit made. Construction is never perfect - we had to choose a new faucet. Certain cabinets were too large so the change delayed our start by a week. But all in all, the process was good. In 2.5 weeks, the kitchen was demolished and back to a fully working state. Through various stages, the workers tried their best to minimize dust by putting up plastic sheeting. They always swept and vacuumed at the end of the day. They tried their best and it helped but construction will always have dust. Some changes were made as we went along: a vent had to be moved, a light fixture needed to change, the tile guy made a mistake but it was quickly fixed once I saw it. Normal stuff. Denise and Pete periodically check in on progress. The project manager would call me each evening to tell me who was coming and when to expect them the next day. One change was made that gave us a $600 credit - I didn't know the change would have even resulted in less labor charges but Pete and his crew are honest. This was a full gut job - appliances were moved, walls and soffits were removed, wiring and water lines were moved. But at the end of our remodel, we had a beautiful brand new kitchen. The house feels so much more open and it truly looks like a magazine. I absolutely love our finished kitchen. We're hoping to use Corbella again once we can remodel a bathroom and I have recommended them to a number of friends.

See BBB complaint filed 5/1/25 with lots of photos. Too many issues to detail in 2000 word review…read more "6-8 week" project took 6-1/2 months then needed warranty work. Mistake after mistake with Greystone at times having to fix their initial "fix". Apparently workers did not look at the plans (a copy of which was on site). Phone desk to be lower than other cabinets initially installed at same height as other cabinets. Plans showed Mbath sink to be on left of counter but plumber moved plumbing to the right. Had to fix it. Plumber raised shower arm 5-6" contrary to plan and explicit denial of permission to raise it on day 1. They didn't want to fix it; I insisted. When lowered, no thread tape used on shower arm causing leak that had to be fixed under warranty. Leak caused white tiles to turn grayish. Research showed spec sheet said tiles were not suitable for shower floor; floor had to be replaced. Greystone initially refused to fix shower step plate issues which caused issues with shower door placement. Had to redo glass (and quartz on half wall in addition to step plate). Step plate tilted out of shower instead of in toward shower; had to be fixed under warranty. Contracted for regrout of Mbath floor (avalanche white grout). They did resurfacing instead. Old grout quickly showed through. First "fix" was smearing a GRAY substance over the grout/tile edges in those areas. They finally hired grout expert to do regrout contracted for. They had to lower the vanity after talking me into installing it higher because it hit me in a painful place when I reached for the faucet. Many other issues. Repeated theme: They didn't want to fix damage if it could be covered up or have something placed in front of it so it wouldn't be seen. In fairness, PM overseeing warranty work was great; went above/beyond to ensure things were fixed right. Does good warranty work make months of mistakes and stressful battles to get things fixed worthwhile? Decide for yourself.

We went from a small, weirdly placed island to a 10' island in the kitchen without moving any walls. Plus, the placement of appliances and spacing is perfect. They were straightforward about the pros and cons of all of the cabinetry options they offered. Some offer more "customized" features and some are more basic. They were very clear about price and timing differences and there was never any pressure to chose a more expensive option. We chose a non-custom option and are delighted with the outcome. From our initial meeting to completion, everything went smoothly. We were given clear details about timing and costs to manage our expectations. Follow up site visits were so appreciated.
