We went from a small, weirdly placed island to a 10' island in the kitchen without moving any walls. Plus, the placement of appliances and spacing is perfect. They were straightforward about the pros and cons of all of the cabinetry options they offered. Some offer more "customized" features and some are more basic. They were very clear about price and timing differences and there was never any pressure to chose a more expensive option. We chose a non-custom option and are delighted with the outcome. From our initial meeting to completion, everything went smoothly. We were given clear details about timing and costs to manage our expectations. Follow up site visits were so appreciated. Their contractors and subs are absolute pros. Not only were they clearly meticulous about installation, etc., but they were all a pleasure to have in our home. Very respectful, neat, nice, and good at what they do. Truly a great experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service, professional, and great quality. Complaint sent to the BBB. We had an epoxy floor coating installed in 2020. It started…read morecracking/peeling only in areas where vehicle tires sit. It has required "patching" in 2023, 2024, 2025, and is currently in a condition needing repair again. It is clearly "hot tire pickup", which the company's website in detail warns you about, saying it's from faulty installation of other companies - insinuating their company does it correctly and it won't be an issue. We were trying to resolve the issue with owner, Dan Blewitt, and after multiple emails he finally insisted the issue was with our concrete and not their services or products, and that we need to have our concrete tested/fixed and then he would replace the flooring. I sent Dan Blewitt correspondence from a third-party testing company, with no response. I requested documentation of EZ Garage Solutions' advertised 10-year workmanship warranty and any warranty for the products, with no response. I then had the floor tested with another floor coating specialist company, and that testing concluded the concrete was healthy. I sent this information to Dan Blewitt and asked for a refund at this point, as we do not feel comfortable having EZ Garage Solutions perform any work at our house. Dan Blewitt has still not responded. I do not recommend using this company. They are not honoring their advertised 10-year workmanship warranty, and are no longer being responsive to their customer's requests.

***BEWARE**** Panda Kitchen & Bath ***CROOKS***…read more I purchased $5,438.90 in cabinets for my kitchen. This included a broom closet item#C7070PC1884 CUT TO 12". I was quoted $333.69 for the broom closet, which I paid. Once on the homesite, my contractor noticed that broom closet cabinet was not cut to 12" but was 18", which is not usable in my space. I called my sales Rep -Kirenia- and expected that she would exchange the incorrect cabinet for the one I paid for. NOPE. She said I would have to buy a 24" cabinet for $630.12 additional. But I paid for the cabinet already!! Of all the companies I have worked with throughout my many years of remodeling, I have NEVER been mistreated the way I was at Panda Kitchen . I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told "she is in Miami and will be back on Tuesday" (Today is Friday). Meanwhile, my kitchen can not be finished without the broom cabinet. ***NEVER*** ***NEVER*** Trust Panda Kitchen for ANYTHING!!
