I can't even begin to explain the horror Jim with clay county plumbing has caused. His company came…read moreout to fix a toilet that was not flushing properly. They pulled the toilet, reset the wax ring, and made sure there was no clogs. Immediately upon leaving the toilet, still did not flush correctly. Less than 48 hours later, my tenants contacted me and told me that the floors were buckling and swelling. My maintenance man went out to the property and went under the home and realized that there was water leaking from the toilet. The toilet was not set back properly and it was leaking water. Once I relay the information to Jim, he sent out one of his plumbers to reset the toilet properly. However, when it came to taking responsibility for the floors, instead of him providing us with his insurance, he immediately got volatile and started telling us all the things that were wrong with our home. Funny thing is zero issues with the floors until his company pulled the toilet and the damage is right where the toilet is (Doesn't take a genius to figure it out ) He then told me he was going to involve private investigators and home inspectors To show me everything wrong with my home. Honestly, the threats were the worst. I stated several times he was not to send anyone to my rental property, and that we would contact our insurance and be in touch. Throughout the two weeks, Jim continued to stay in contact with my tenants (unknowingly to me) He then hired a home inspector behind my back (and told my tenants to lie to me about it) even though I told him not to send anyone to my home. I denied on many occasions him sending a home inspector, so he had no legal permission or authority to do so. He then provided the report to my tenants which has caused a huge legal issue. This has been a complete nightmare. In 22 years of my business, I have never seen someone so unwilling to take accountability. When accountability is brought up, he gets retaliatory. I'm going to post a photo of where the bathroom is, where the toilet is, and where my floor started to swell less than 48 hours of him pulling the toilet (Everyone can decide for themselves). He had every excuse in the book besides taking accountability. Then he continues to harass me by sending me the bill. Take extreme caution This is not normal behavior, and it's honestly very scary. I've never had a vendor work behind my back and continue to stay in contact with my tenants. Once a homeowner denies you sending someone to their home, you are supposed to honor that request. I just had a clogged toilet. The guy came out, released a valve and drained a bunch of sewage under…read moremy house then said, OH I shouldn't have done that first now I can't crawl under and find the problem. He was going to leave the sewage dripping under my house without telling me, it was lucky I was watching. A few days later I ran the garbage disposal and a toilet in a different bathroom overflowed with sewage all over the floor and the bathtub and kitchen sink all filled and clogged with dirty sewage water. I called and asked the owner to send someone out and fix it, at least get it back to where it was before they came out. He said it was a coincidence and didn't have anything to do with what they did. I said it's not a coincidence,I've lived here 16 years and this never happened and suddenly it happens 2 days after you come out? No chance. I ask for the lead tech and he refuses saying the guy who came out will be familiar with the situation. So the same guy comes out and does the same damn thing- drains it not fixing anything, because apparently this time it will magically work. He tells me as he's leaving I can wait a few days and adjust the pipes under once all the sewage under my house drains again because he looked at them and that should work.You know, the thing I actually hired a plumber for. He also tells me they did cause it pushing the clog farther in without fixing it. Few days later, surprise surprise, my bathtub and kitchen sink are filled with feces etc. I call up and complain and ask him to come out and fix it. He sends somebody who does the same fricking thing and tries to charge me $200! I call him up and he says it's a coincidence, despite his own employe saying it was, and that he doesn't do sewage lines and I remind him I just had a clogged toilet that his business made ten times worse. His response? Okay, I won't charge you! But dont call again. And guess what happened a few days later? Yup sewage overflowing and in the tub and kitchen sink. Run far far away from this business. This is not an honorable man and this is not a reputable business.

Originally I was scheduled for Tuesday but I had to cancel. Patrick came out to do the install. When I answered the door he was standing holding my Amazon packages that had been delivered (so kind). He was very friendly and honestly it never felt like a "serviceman" was in my house. After doing the install, the disposal didn't work, however he began to troubleshoot everything starting at the breaker box. Turns out it was the GFI outlet that I'd left something plugged into that I know over heats (my mistake). He even offered to put everything back in the cabinet for me once he was finished. When he left, I'd received another delivery and he ever so kindly picked up that package and handed it to me too. This truly was over and above service in every sense. Thank you Patrick for being an asset to not only the company, but for being a gentleman! This will be my go to plumbing company in the future.

I had a leaking toilet and sink was clogged and i needed water…read moreconnection in my laundry room fixed because it was leaking when the guys came to install my new washing machine (this was the original reason I called but in a few days more stuff started going wrong. Oh yeah, my bathtub was really slow to drain too. It was unreal. So he quoted me $525 unless something really messed up occurred. Flat rate. It ended up being complicated, he found a clog after snaking the bathtub, toilet and figured another clog was way out there somewhere. He came in Monday late afternoon (4:30) and was at my home till 8:30. This guy is super busy. So he came by today-2nd day (he just left a bit ago) and had to cut the drywall to put new nozzle/valves in that hooks up to the washing machine hot and cold hoses. He let that glue dry for a while and worked on the sink in the bathroom. He snaked the sink and found the clog and pushed through it and fixed that. Now everything works. He was here another 4 hours. This guy works his butt off. Anyway, he only charged me $600 flat for all that. I had someone tell me they'd charge me $150/hour... thank goodness I chose this company. He and his office staff are responsive, professional, and he cleans up after himself and didn't leave a mess. I will call them next time I need a plumber. I would give him more stars but I can't. He could've charged me an arm and 3 legs but he didn't. I am pleased as punch!!!
