What a great experience. Had a water heater that stopped working suddenly (cold showers in February... brrrr) These guys were super quick to respond, super helpful and got the problem fixed! Couldn't ask for anything more! read more

Jerry responded to my request for help very promptly. He brought the necessary supplies to fix both of my toilets. He gave me advice to help avoid problem in the future. I chose Jerry because the first time I reached out (several months ago) he turned down work that truly was not necessary. It's hard to find people with integrity and yet there is Jerry. I highly recommend him. Here is a pic of what he fixed. read more

Jerry was incredible. I reached out via Yelp last night, and he was at my house by 2pm today. Incredibly easy to work with. Priced out the entire job through pictures/text messages. He installed 4 bathroom faucets, 1 kitchen faucet, a garbage disposal and the dishwasher in less than half a day. Highly recommend. read more

First time we used Jerry and it won't be the last. He was thoughtful, capable of resolving issues, and very polite. He was very customer service oriented and was not going to leave until we were completely satisfied with his work. We were. We needed a toilet to be relocated. Pricing seems to be the going rate and better than others. read more

Jerry responded right away to my inquiry for a company to service/repair my water heater via Yelp. He was very courteous and friendly when promptly booking a service call with him and upon his arrival to look at our water heater. He provided great customer service and explained how he checked and reset my unit. Service call pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Jerry for taking the time to look at our unit rather than sell us a new water heater. We will definitely use your services again! Thank you! read more

After 17 years it was time for a new in sink garbage disposal. I requested quotes from several local Jacksonville area companies. 2 did not reply. 1 replied with a sales pitch but not the simple service/parts estimate I'd requested until pushed. Meanwhile, Jerry replied right away with an accurate quote, followed up, was able to make the service/replacement call very quickly within a time frame that worked with my schedule. And the work itself was as quick, clean and very professional while also friendly. As if it were his own sink! He also gave me a great recommendation for a local handyman, which was very appreciated. read more

Wow! Responsive, efficient, competent -- solved a problem caused by another plumber. Plus very reasonable pricing. Jerry is my new plumber! read more

We were in the process of selling our home. During an inspection it was discovered that even though it still worked like a champ, our water heater was way past its due. We called about 6 different companies and Everybody's Plumbing was the best price by far! Jerry was very easy to deal with, kept good communication, answerd all of our questions, and got the job done in no time. He even gave us some good tips on how to save some money and deal with our kitchen faucet that tends to mess up from time to time! If I ever had any future plumbing needs, I would not hesitate to call this company again! Honest, fast, and friendly service at its best! read more

I called and left a message with Jerry because the water in my tubs and toilet was backing up. I never got a call back. The next day I called again and was told, "I'm just one guy. I don't have the time for something major like that." So unless you have a problem that can probably be fixed by watching a youtube video and doing it yourself, I'd call someone else. He doesn't even have the time to return a phone call. read more

I had a great experience with Everybody's Plumbing Company. I spoke with Jerry to make an appointment for my running toilet as I figured I needed to have my fill valve repaired or replaced because I knew it was just wasting water. Wasn't looking forward to paying that bill. Basically, Jerry and his partner came promptly to my house, diagnosed the issue, made a quick trip to Home Depot for the part they needed and did all of the repairs in under an hour. The only regret I have is that I wish I would have called them two months prior instead of putting it off for so long. I was just being really lazy. My final bill was a flat $90 and well worth the time and money (plus aggravation) I would have spent watching Youtube videos on "How to Fix a Toilet - Fill Valve Replacement" and still not know what to do. In the end, it was money well spent and the repair has made a tremendous difference in my sewer/water bill. Professional and personable. Highly recommend Everybody's to E-V-E-R-Y-B-O-D-Y. :) read more

Jerry did a fantastic job putting in my garbage disposal. Excellent work ethic and very professional.

Jerry was great! I requested a last-minute garbage disposal replacement & installation and Jerry scheduled an appt for 2 days later in World Golf Village. He supplied the garbage disposal and installation was quick. His price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely keep Everybody's Plumbing Co in my contacts for future plumbing jobs! read more

Fast response on quote and excellent advice on finding the best water heater to replace our large, aging heater. After we finally received an undamaged unit from HD (3rd unit - looks like Rheem has packaging problems), Jerry and assistant came and installed. Very clean and professional installation and haul away with the most reasonable price. I would definitely call him again for future plumbing needs! read more

Everybody's Plumbing is an excellent choice for your plumbing needs. Jerry went the extra mile to complete my project and didn't charge any extra for it. He did what he said for exactly what he estimated. I highly recommend Everybody's Plumbing. read more

After two very dissatisfying experiences with other local plumbing companies, I was begrudgingly on the hunt for someone else to call. I read a five-star review about Jerry that was posted that same morning, so I decided to give him a shot. The third time really IS the charm; not only did he listen to my situation with the previous two companies I tried to hire, he apologized on their behalf and was adamant about not letting me down. He had just finished a job and told me he already had another one scheduled for that same afternoon, but he still decided to fit me in at the last minute and arrived at my house shortly thereafter. I had a clogged kitchen sink that needed to be snaked and he knocked it out pretty fast. We had a pleasant conversation and he gave me excellent tips for future maintenance. He also tightened one of the slip nuts on the p-trap after I pointed out a slow leak, and since he drove straight to my house from another job and didn't have time to re-organize the tools in his truck, we joked about how he could snake a sink faster than he could find a wrench! Jerry was pleasant, professional, and cared very much about making sure I didn't have another bad experience with a plumbing company. It truly meant a lot to me that he was able to fit me into his busy schedule at such short notice. He was also very considerate about MY time and made sure to complete the job quickly so I could get back to work. If I could rate him with more stars, I would! read more

Jerry does very good work. Arrived a bit later than originally scheduled, but had a good explanation for why. I appreciated very much that he took care to wear a mask, cleaned up after the work was done, was courteous, and provided such a reasonable price. read more

Everybody's Plumbing surpasses and exceeds my expectations. I can't think of enough superlatives to describe this company. If you ever need professional, courtes and a hard working staff, do yourself a favor, contact Everybody's Plumbing. read more

Jerry is a very friendly guy. He did the work required. I noticed a number of people said he had to leave to pick up some parts, which he also had to do for me to fix a simple plunger problem. I am surprised he doesn't just keep some basic parts in his truck. Expect to pay 2 hours min. Other than that, i was satisfied. read more

It was time for me to get a new garbage disposal so I tried this bedding out option on Yelp which I think is awesome. Jerry came in at the best bid by far. When he showed up he was such a nice guy, I wanted to find more work for him to do because how pleasant he was. It probably only took him 20 minutes to do the total job. I will call Jerry for my future plumbing needs. read more

After having one of the water heaters in our rental units go out due to old age, we were in a bind. I called two other plumbing companies in the area and the costs they quoted to install a new one were much too high (my dad owns his own plumbing company in another city, so I had already talked with him about what it should cost). After buying the water heater ourselves from Lowe's, we asked the associates who they would recommend and they told us about Everybody's Plumbing. Jerry got back to me right away and offered to come out that day to take a look. Not only did he quote a much more reasonable price for the labor, he also noted that whoever had installed the first water heater had done it incorrectly, making it difficult to get to the element panel (which was against the wall). Jerry was able to come back out the next day with one of his electricians who extended the outlet for our new, taller water heater and make sure the new heater was installed properly. Even with the extra labor, we still saved more than $200 on what the other companies quoted. Jerry was extremely pleasant to work with, was very knowledgable and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience working with him (with no extra fees tacked on). I would recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing repairs or other plumbing needs. read more

I needed a new garbage disposal and really didn't have the time to install one myself, honestly I didn't want to either. I checked yelp for reviews and noticed Everybody's Plumbing stood out from the rest so I submitted a request for a quote and as well as competing quotes. Jerry's quote came back the most reasonable and it's who I was targeting anyway so I set up an appointment to have the install done. Jerry arrived a little before the appointment time and quickly went to work removing the old disposal. He discovered that the previous home owner had unnecessarily added a p trap to the disposal making it much easier to clog up. I never honestly paid attention but after pointing it out Jerry said he wanted to do it right so he went to Lowe's and got a new sink kit (didn't charge me extra for it) and replumbed it for me. That is what you call customer service and part of the reason for my 5 star review. Jerry is very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I avoided future problems. He did an outstanding job for a very reasonable rate and I'm very happy with the work he did so I can easily give this review and recommend him. I have some vendors I use for future work based on past work they did for me and Jerry is the plumber I'll use going forward. Customer service is a lost art it seems these days but Jerry is the Chick-Fil-A of plumbers in Jacksonville so if you need a plumber stop reading this and give him a call. read more

I was in need of a few repairs in my two bathrooms and reached out to a few different plumbers. Some were smaller businesses and a few were bigger names that I have heard about from radio/magazine ads. Jerry at Everybody's Plumbing was one of the first to provide a response and he provided the most reasonable quote. He was extremely easy to get in touch with and I decided to use his services within a day of his initial quote. We connected and he scheduled me a week out. He touched base the day prior to confirm our appointment and he arrived within the 2 hour timeframe he'd provided. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and he provided some additional information regarding our issues and some future projects. He had to run out to grab some supplies for our repair but was back and finished with the job within the next hour. Jerry was communicative and professional and I would recommend him to any friend or family member. We will certainly hire him again in the future as we make some upgrades within our residence. read more

I sent a request for quote through Plumbers Network for 3 companies and within 30 seconds Everybody's Plumbing called my cell! The labor rates are pretty standard- $70/hr just like you'd get quoted for car or appliance repair. BUT they were able to come out same day just for a sink leak. Once he got out there, our problem seemed bigger than I though and we had to replace the sink all together. So he scheduled a trip out the next night and let me furnish my own parts (I picked out the sink I wanted at Lowe's). The BEST PART: he never grew annoyed or snotty with my 4 year old who would not leave him alone. My son wanted to see and ask about everything he was doing and in the intern I'm sure he got in the way. (Of course I also got the wrong size of sink and he had to wait in his van while I ran back to Lowes to return and get a replacement.) He didn't charge me the extra 30 mins that took in the labor cost! He also fixed my running toilet for free just because he heard it running. read more

I had a leak in my bathroom and found this company in Yelp. Jerry is awesome, straight to the point and knows what he's doing. he already knew the problem just by looking at the pipe. he fixed it fast and was super nice to talk to while he worked. he explained the costs and is very reasonable. highly recommended! read more

Called late today and Jerry went out of his way to fit me into his busy schedule! He was extremely professional and fixed not only my initial problem but also trouble-shot a potential problem! Bad attitude. Coming to check my shower faucet and said he would charge $400 to fix it, then let me to call the other plumber because he was too busy. Maybe he felt he was too rude and after he left he gave me the message saying that he could do the job with $75/ hour but I don't want him come back again. read more

Found Jerry via a mutual friend and was fast and efficient!

Jerry was pleasant, polite, hard working, prompt, and very reasonably priced. He removed and installed a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He cleaned up thoroughly and was delightful to speak with. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future! read more

Jerry was amazing! First off I needed a plumber to come out to my house same day because a pipe leading to my washer cracked (cold water) and because of this my water was shut off to my house from the street. Jerry was able to come out after he finished up another job. He arrived on scene and took a look and told me he had to go to the supply store to get the parts he needed to fix it. He came back and was thoughtful enough to grab an item that would fix both pipes (you know what they say, if an item is in pairs and one goes bad, the other isn't far behind). From there he continued to fix and replace the old parts all while keeping great conversation with me and giving me tips on places to check out around the area. Once it was said and done we turned the water back on, hooked up the washer and did a test cycle and everything worked like nothing had happened. Needless to say I definitely recommend Everybody's Plumbing Co. Jerry was amazing and helped me out in a bind! read more

Called for the rates for coming out and the person who answered the phone said " what do you need?" I explained I had bought the whole kit for faucet in shower stall and it must be put on incorrectly or maybe my husband did the home job wrong. This was not even the case and then he stated he can not come for free, which I never insinuated him too........WOW I will find someone else......Attitude read more

Fair and reasonable. Quick and professional. Definitely recommend using Everybody's Plumbing!
