We were in a panic when my husband accidentally cut the water main in front of our house on a Sunday afternoon. We couldn't locate the shut-off at the street, and it was looking like we were about to flood our entire property (as also perhaps the entire neighborhood). He could not have been more efficient and courteous about sourcing and fixing the problem in no time - even going so far as to shovel back a lot of the dirt that had been washed away at the site of the break. I contacted Jerry at Flo Right via text and requested an estimate for the installation of 1 kitchen and 3 bath faucets. I had the fixtures. His reply was, "Normally, that would be around $200 labor". He said he could have someone come over same morning. I agreed on the price and timing. Plumber and assistant arrive and begin working, 45 minutes into job Jerry texts me to clarify that it is $200 per hour. So, 45 minutes in I get hit with a bait and switch. Mid job I understand I am screwed. Turned out some valves and supply lines would need to be replaced. Home Depot price on these is $6.45 and $12.98. I got hit with a bill charging 35 and 45 respectively. $470 for parts that cost $110.06 and $537 for labor that was quoted at $200. After letting them know that I would be providing accurate reviews and supplying the information to the BBB, plumber came back with a $170 discount bringing the margin on parts down from 77% to 63%. Basically from obscene to slightly less obscene. Flo Right operation runs off bait and switch with margin on parts that is basically theft. My fault for not inquiring on the cost of parts. I hired Jerry and his crew for four thousand dollars to change out the galvenized pipes .He had a friend come out and quote me double, but I thought at the time the price was fair considering his friend wanted double.. It appeared that they were all working on the same spot for the whole day, but what do I know. Supposedly, a permit was pulled. When my son snapped the pipe trying to move a hose around we went to turn off the water to the complete house. This was not the case. The outside units had been plumbed to the street at least one of them. He told he would replumb all the units outside and they do not work. Granted I did not go to check each one. I had to call the city who said that this was not how it was supposed to be plumbed. When I called Jerry he insisted that he had in fact pulled a permit but haven't seen it to date nor do I recall seeing a building inspector. A second issue occurred when I bought a new vanity and it sat about three to four inches off the wall because it was plumbed through the floor. Granted going through the wall might have tricky but what do I know? Except that the vanity would have hidden the missing two rows of tile. I was planning to redo the bathroom and Jerry knew this. There was an old sink that was just lovely but I could not afford the retrofit for 300 and the removal of the stains. Wish they had been a bit more thoughtful or earnest in their work. Do not think I would recommend. Not sure if I paid a fair price, if their materials were quality since snapped right off, and I am still waiting on him to provide the permit that he said he pulled. read more

I contacted Yelp for someone to help me with replacement of my waterline on my refrigerator. Within the hour, Jerry of Flo Right called from his car to say he was on his way back from a trip, but he could arrange for his guys to be here the next morning. They arrived early Monday morning. Both of his guys worked quickly and efficiently to move my new refrigerator into the house, and move my old one into the garage. Once the new one was inside, they removed the old frozen valve for the waterline in the wall. It was a real process, and it was 94 degrees outside. Big job , as it was probably more work moving the refrigerators. They never took a break. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Everything now works. This is a great company with great employees. I'll be calling Jerry in the future for all my plumbing needs. read more

I had used this company for one of my jobs in which I am a site rep for a shopping center. Jerry was able to fix the problem. I had no further issues. I contacted Jerry for an emergency at my home with my septic system on a Friday night. I had called multiple people. No one responded except for him. I was already at home with no AC and I had to report to the fire department the next morning for work .A holiday weekend.I had one company that wanted to tear up my entire septic field, but Jerry and his crew were able to fix the problem immediately for thousands less than what the other company wanted to do on my property. I contacted Jerry again for a major projects at the shopping center.. He and his crew worked in extreme heat to get the job completed. It was a very big job requiring more than one visit .In addition they are assisting me with a couple jobs at my home when I've been going through one of the most challenging few weeks of my life as a disabled veteran / first responder. Jerry and his coworkers are very well educated, professional, and know how to get a job done well. They show up when they are supposed to. They answer the phone, which seems like something simple, but it appears that getting individuals to answer the phone and show up for jobs is challenging these days . They are beyond kind to my service dog Freedom as well.. I highly recommend them for your commercial and residential needs. You will not be disappointed. read more
