Nick promised they would cover the expenses for damage done to my property during the drainfield installation. After making that promise, he ignored my calls and texts for 4-5 weeks. When I finally reached the owner through the office phone, the situation got even worse. As soon as I mentioned that Nick had been ignoring me, the owner started yelling at me. He then refused to cover the full expenses his employee had promised. After all of that, he offered to pay only half, but by then I was done dealing with the excuses and unprofessional treatment. This is the first negative review I've ever left for any business, but people should know what kind of experience they may be dealing with here.

There was an issue that he couldn't get it done but gave me the name and number of another guy. That guy turned out to be on vacation that week so I looked around some more- the first company I called scheduled it but I needed to be sure it was done in the morning. They called back and said they couldn't rearrange the route to make a morning appointment work so I cancelled. Then I called another company - they scheduled me for Friday morning but no call, no showed- still haven't heard from them. So, I decided to try Jesus again and everything lined up perfectly. He was out here at the time he said he would be. He kept me updated on the process and made sure all of my questions were answered. He is polite and punctual.
