This being the first time I ever had a septic tank, I called Jesus and after a few questions, he gave me a fair and accurate estimate for services. Jesus sent me available dates for services and times with a window of 9am to 1pm and the one I selected, Jesus was at my place on time and even called prior to his arrival. I was amazed by the quality of service I received. He and his crew (Chris) located both tanks very quickly and made very minimal disturbance to my yard and having seen other septic services in the neighborhood, Jesus was by far the best I have ever seen. Each and every step of the service he explained to me and after completing service, placed the sod back in place and neatly raked the area. Forms of payment were cash, check, and/or credit card. This is the second time using PU SEPTIC and I will never use another company. I called Jesus a couple of weeks ago to set up a septic tank pump to keep up with maintenance and make sure everything is good to go- because that stuff is super expensive and not something I want to deal with. There was an issue that he couldn't get it done but gave me the name and number of another guy. That guy turned out to be on vacation that week so I looked around some more- the first company I called scheduled it but I needed to be sure it was done in the morning. They called back and said they couldn't rearrange the route to make a morning appointment work so I cancelled. Then I called another company - they scheduled me for Friday morning but no call, no showed- still haven't heard from them. So, I decided to try Jesus again and everything lined up perfectly. He was out here at the time he said he would be. He kept me updated on the process and made sure all of my questions were answered. He is polite and punctual. If you are in need of septic cleaning P U Septic is the way to go. I initially used their services in 2019 and have used them twice this year. Each time were unexpected. Chris and Jesus were accommodating. I called, scheduled an appointment and they showed up on time. They parked the truck in front of my yard, introduced themselves, and began straight away. If you're looking for a business to pump your septic, stop reading and call Chris now. In a conversation at work with a coworker I learned I should have been pumping regularly and having the filter cleaned. I called and Chris answered the phone. It's very obvious, Chris has a big personality and a straight shooter. He recognized my ignorance and the fact I was being proactive. We agreed on a date that was 10 days out. I said I would be at my house and he said he would be there at 8 am. The day he was scheduled to be here, Chris called me at 0740 and stated again he would be here at 8 am. Chris pulled up at 7:59. Him and his partner hit the ground running. They found my septic in minutes. They had it dug out in minutes. They were pumping very quickly. They were done in 30 minutes. They cleaned the filter. Chris told me I was due to have this but that my system appeared to be in proper working order. My bill was exactly what he said it would be. I paid him we shook hands and he's on his way to the next appointment. This is how business is supposed to be conducted. He was pleasant to speak to. He was professional. He did exactly what he said he would do. He was punctual. He was honest. My wife and i could show you our receipts and calendars from every year we've lived in our house and the consistency we have used Riddex (about $100 a year). They were very quick and professional, I had my septic tank pumped and they were both very nice and reasonable price.

Horrible customer service. The gentlemen was rude, used profanity and refused to move his truck so I could leave. I had an appointment at 3 that I missed because he blocked the only entrance and exit from my house, although there was plenty of room to park anywhere around the septic tank he was pumping. Also charged more than originally quoted and threw cigarette butts everywhere. read more
