I was amazed by the quality of service I received. He and his crew (Chris) located both tanks very quickly and made very minimal disturbance to my yard and having seen other septic services in the neighborhood, Jesus was by far the best I have ever seen. Each and every step of the service he explained to me and after completing service, placed the sod back in place and neatly raked the area. Forms of payment were cash, check, and/or credit card. Everything about Jesus was professional and very accurate. The price quoted was the price I paid and I was very satisfied. I recommend PU Septic Tank Service to everyone needing this service. I won't name the tree service as, they are good guys and accidents happen but, they did do the right thing and made an insurance claim so that my system can be replaced. It took a couple of months but, when Moring Septic came in today, they were print and pleasant. They did the job at hand and even tug up and buried some stumps that I was afraid I had to do myself. Nick promised they would cover the expenses for damage done to my property during the drainfield installation. After making that promise, he ignored my calls and texts for 4-5 weeks. When I finally reached the owner through the office phone, the situation got even worse. As soon as I mentioned that Nick had been ignoring me, the owner started yelling at me. He then refused to cover the full expenses his employee had promised. After all of that, he offered to pay only half, but by then I was done dealing with the excuses and unprofessional treatment. This is the first negative review I've ever left for any business, but people should know what kind of experience they may be dealing with here.

My old one had reached its limit of use after almost 25 years. Not only were the young men who emptied my task courteous and hard working, but they were some of the nicest people doing the dirtiest job I've ever met. The drainfield was put in a few months later. Smooth and seamless, it's like it was done but magic. I was at work and it was done completely in one day. The only way I could tell anything had been done was the phone call a day or two earlier letting me know it was scheduled to be done that Tuesday and the disturbed earth in my back yard. What a relief to know there's a company out there that makes sure it's customers are taken care of, every little thing is fixed and working just the way it's supposed to be. Peace of mind. That's what we all pay for, right? The owners are fabulous people. Hard working and they have the task of running this business and making sure the fellas working for them do the best job possible. I could hear him working on the generator and the transfer switch. About 2:50 I walked out to get mail. The tech had just left. I called Trademark. A service rep (Sandra) spoke to tech. He said he knocked on the door, no one answered. So he left. I was quite frankly probably in the bathroom or laundry. Since he called me once, surely he could make a little effort and call his customer to explain what he did, what was wrong BEFORE I get an invoice.Was told a service manager would call when back in office. 5:00 pm no call.
