They told me the tech would text me 30 mins prior to arrival and my window was 8am-11am. I received a text from Angel around 9am and he and the other tech were at our place in 25 minutes. So far so good. I showed/explained our unit and Angel began a pretty intense inspection of our ducts/system with pictures. He advised the condition and what he thought would be a good plan. He didn't pressure or try to upsell anything, just advice. I believe if we went with the standard straight forward duct cleaning he would have performed it in the same manner. We chose deep clean and sanitization as our vents did have construction debris (YUP) way down the line as well as other things we saw in the pictures that we felt should be done fully and sanitized as well. They were extremely efficient and you didn't know they were there other than the hum of their tools. Start to finish took maybe 90-120 minutes and he showed after pics of each vent/return. At the end he gave us advice on our filter, pointed out an air gap from the installation that I took care of as well as pointing out that our outdoor unit MAY have a fan issue. Called our a/c guy and it certainly did!!!! We will DEFINITELY use them for future cleanings.

After about 10 minutes, they send me a text offering me $100.00 for the inconvenience. It felt more like they were offering me the money not to write the review. For some reason my original review with more detailed information was deleted. They did respond to the review stating that someone would be following up within 48 hours but that never happened either. They were very unprofessional and I would not recommend them.

They lived up to their great reviews, from the initial contact phone call all the way to the conclusion of the installation of my new unit. Derek, the estimate technician who arrived at my home on April 23rd, was knowledgeable and addressed my questions and offered options. He was at my home for over two hours! He offered me several options, without pressuring me, simply explaining the benefits of each option. His willingness to explore my request to remove current water outflow pipe that had been on the garage floor for decades, presenting a safety risk, and route it another way outside was taken seriously and creatively. He took me through the plan and I was so pleased. The technicians who arrived the next day to do the install, Gary, James and Kauntes, were excellent workers. Gary was in charge and went over the plan with me in detail. He was able to troubleshoot a few issues and get the job done! All three of them were courteous and, without being asked, applied shoe coverings every time they entered the house. They cleaned up after themselves. Gary kept me apprised of their progress. The A/C in my condo quit working at one of the worst possible times, when the temp was in the 90's,…read morethe property was sold, subject to inspection, and the property inspector reported to the buyers that the A/C wasn't working! I looked online and found several A/C providers, and selected Air Express because they had excellent online ratings, their facility was located only a few miles from the condo, and on-line scheduling was available. I scheduled an appointment at a convenient time, and received a text that my appointment was confirmed. I'd scheduled a 10:00 AM appointment but the confirmation text clearly explained that the appointment was actually a "window" of time, and the technician would arrive between 8:00 AM and 12:00 noon. I get it. Unless you're the first morning appointment, it's impossible to know how long a repair will take because the technician won't know what repairs are required until they start working on the system. A repair might be as simple as resetting the thermostat, or as lengthy as removing an ant colony from the outside unit. (I know, this happened to me) I received a second text the day before the appointment as a reminder, and a third text the day of the appointment informing me the technician was on the way, his name was Braxton with a recent photo. Cool idea! The technician arrived shortly (within an hour of my preferred appointment time, and also within the "window" of time specified) and listened to my description of the concern. I asked if he'd mind if I watched over his shoulder, and he replied that was OK if I was open to learning about A/C systems. I enjoy learning, so that was OK with me. Braxton got his tools and gages, diagnosed the problem and gave me three different repair options. To his credit, he did not give me Option #4, which WAS a good option, which was "replace the whole system" . There was absolutely NO "upsell" pressure. I selected a repair option, and Braxton replaced the failed parts, rechecked the system to make sure it was working correctly, cleaned up, accepted payment by credit card, and emailed me an invoice and pics. Later that day I received another text thanking me for my business and asking if I could complete a (SURPRISE!) survey. I don't do Google or Facebook surveys because of privacy concerns, but I replied that I often do Yelp surveys, and would be happy to do one for them. I WAS surprised that there were so few Yelp surveys, but I was happy to add a few comments.
