I booked my appointment online and they came the next day! Yandry was so helpful and educated me on how to prevent futures repairs on my ac unit. Very honest and personable. read more

My current A/C Co. was overloaded and, consequently, terribly unresponsive. I read the reviews and, based on the positive responses, called for a check-up of my system . Yandry came out with another tech, and he went up in our attic to review. After spending at least an hour reviewing, he advised me to go with another professional that he highly recommende due to their expertise specific to my system. Yandry was extremely professional and courteous ( I might add, they both wore shoe covers). Upon completion, I inquired as to what I owed them, whereas Yandry simply said, " Nothing." This kind of service has become a lost art in Florida, and I can't overstate how impressed I was. This company deserves all the business they get, and I wish them well! Thank you very much! read more

I found R&R on this site coming highly rated with great comments, and they were spot on! They scheduled our AC repair, showed up on time and cleared the clogged drain-line that caused my air to stop and checked the system. Since I was not able to be home, my wife was. They took the time to show her how the line can be cleared in the future, and a few other tips for preventative measures. It is refreshing to have such an honest, professional business come out that isn't just trying to rip you off like a previous one hour type business did to us before. I can't recommend R&R enough! They earned me as a lifetime customer. read more

Yandry is the most honest and best HVAC guy I have ever come across! Another company messed things up so bad, but he came to suggest solutions for them all. I can't thank this company enough, please do but go anywhere else, they are the best!!!! read more

Had these guys drop by for some maintenance, and I'm genuinely impressed. To start off with, there was some mix-up in regards to scheduling. However, unlike other ac firms in the area that barely offer an apology, these guys offered to do the job on a different date at no cost due to the error. There are very few companies that take responsibility like that and it made a huge impression. The quality of the work was great. I really liked that the technician took the time to slip covers in their boots when coming indoors, cool detail. And the report I received at the end was informative and no pressure. I'm a new homeowner, and it's great finding someone I can count on with this stuff. I'm definitely making R&R my permanent AC guys/gals. read more

I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone that has AC problems ,They will explain everything you need to know very honest and friendly. Alfredo is a true professional who is patient and honest. I contacted him past closing time and he answered me immediately. The next morning he came to my home and explained everything to me about maintenance and problems that can occur with my unit. I will definitely be contacting him again and hiring him to perform routine maintenance on my HVAC system. read more

My AC went out late Saturday night in the house I rent and my rental company was unable to help me as my house reached 90 degrees in the middle of summer. I tried reaching out to 6+ companies to help and R&R was the most responsive and helpful leading up to when they could make it out to my home the same day. Alfredo came out on Sunday afternoon and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Highly recommend! read more

Maintenance Appointment was pushed up, believe there was miscommunication w/ tech and owner of business. My concern and bad rating was the tech (the professional) still looked at my AC unit and was still going to quote me on a new AC unit (keep in mind was supposed to be a maintenance call and AC doesn't need replacing). That's where I believe that dishonesty/trust from the tech (ie as a professional he should've known I didn't need a new AC unit) made me cancel any future appointments. read more

My HVAC system had a couple symptoms that could have been used to try and sell me a new unit but instead they showed me how to resolve one issue and explained that the other is not impacting performance. I truly appreciate these guys for being honest and pragmatic. For the cost of a service call my concerns were allayed and my understanding of the condition of my unit was improved. I have put R&R Cooling Solutions in my preferred vendor list for my home and they will always be my go to guys. read more

After years with another air company, finally found R&R. If only I found them earlier, looking up reviews first before just using the prior home owners company, I could've saved ALOT of money and heartache. Use R&R, you won't regret it! read more

Both of our AC units went out. We called at 5 PM on Good Friday. They were here within 30 minutes, stayed 3+hours, fixed the issue on both units, and undercharged us. Owner-operator run. Super honest and knowledgeable. This is my first ever Yelp review and this company is beyond deserving. Highly recommend. Have worked with at least half-dozen HVAC companies in the area - this is by far the best. read more

After reading the good reviews on Yelp we decided to call R &R and we're so happy we did. Yarney came when he said he would, sent a quote explaining what we would be paying and what that covered. This is a family business so Yarney and his cousin returned with all equipment necessary and worked non stop until job was done all on the same day. When they finished they cleaned up everything and went through how the thermostat worked, discussed maintenance and made sure everything was in working order. I would highly recommend R&R and will be calling them for all future maintenance. Very professional and great customer service! read more

Alfredo was great! He and an assistant replaced our coils in 2 hours, checked everything out. The men were professional! They worked within my time available. When I first contacted R&R I spoke to Yandry. He answered his cell on a weekend. He told me to take photos of the unit, model and serial# and send them to his phone. I was given an estimate for the work the very next morning. He ordered the parts needed and once the part came in, he set a time for Alfredo to come out to install. I'm a very happy customer! This company is super professional! I wouldn't use any one other than this high quality team! I even got a text with the photo of Alfredo! read more

Very happy with their service, professionalism and pricing. Took the time to identify why our cooling system wasn't working. Called Saturday morning, came for service that afternoon. Also replaced our Nest which stopped working ( unrelated to original problem!) Good guys! read more

Very quick and professional. Cleaned out our drain line and everything is working much better so far.

A++ service!! Yandry, one of the two family-owners, came out to fix my clogged drain line. When he arrived to asses the situation, he spent a lot of time educating me on how to care for my AC unit and showed me what was wrong and why it happened. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I could tell his passion came out when he talked to me; his passion for what he does and his passion for people. I was truly shocked at the care and attention he gave in fixing my unit and for ensuring I understood what to do in the future so that it doesn't happen again. I am VERY impressed with him and is family-owned business. Oh and they were VERY quick to respond and on time! read more

My AC WENT OUT and omg was I upset as my unit is only two years old and yes the parts have a 10 yr warranty but labor is not included . Well I had several companies come in and I don't mind you that alone cost me a ton then another one said oh the coils need to be cleaned n recharged needless to say my coils had to be replaced and when I called R&R not only did I get to deal with the owner but he was so nice so professional and so compassionate that he jumped right in it ordered the parts and fixed my ac ASAP I will be with him to the bloody end. Thank you R&R read more

If I could guy this gentlemen a ten star review I would. I can see why they deserve the 5 star rating. They came out Monday to give me an estimate on a new system; mine was original to the house (24+ years old) and struggling. Freezing up etc. this team set me up with the system I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct. They took their time and made sure the system was running like it should. I cannot say enough good things about the whole operation; they are professional and didn't mind me asking questions and popping in and out to see what was going on - I'm interested in the inner workings of my house (lol). These gentlemen have a sense of humor or if you don't like to people they are fine to be left alone. I went up in the attic and I have tremendous respect for what these guys deal with from the extreme heat to bad builders work. So thank you to the whole R&R Cooling Systems team. read more

I called R&R Cooling Solutions because my central AC wasn't cooling during 90 degree weather. Setting up the appointment was fast and easy. I thought it was weird that the dispatcher/receptionist asked me to text an appointment reminder and details to him. Normally, the business text appointment information to the customer. Considering how great the service was, I won't ruin their 5 star rating over that. Upon setting up the appointment, R&R sent a photo of the servicing technician...Alfredo. Alfredo was great! Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. More importantly...my wife liked him. He pointed out some issues that I realized were problems I overlooked. Alfredo gave me an estimated cost that he stuck to, and got my AC working again. Exceptional work by an exceptional technician! I highly recommend R&R Cooling Solutions. read more

Excellent customer service and very kind! Alfredo was very courteous and nice. Both time that he came to fix the AC he was on time. WOW! We called them and the rest was history. They are timely, thorough, transparent, clean, and dependable. That experience was in May. I'm here to contact them again for a different project, and will do so with the utmost confidence! read more

We had issues with our 6 month old AC installed by a different company. Even though it's under warranty, the other company was less than cooperative so we called Shiver. They arranged for someone to come out the next morning. They were very professional, knowledgeable and fixed our problem right away. We will only use Shiver in the future. read more

These guys know what they are doing. I called them out because of a humming sound in the handler which they fixed and also spotted another problem with a blown fuse which the initial installer of the unit jumped with of all thing chewing gum wrapper foil. It was dangerous to have it that way so I am thank full they noticed it and fixed it for and amazing price. Will use these guys from no on, they are honest and know what they are doing! Thanks Alfredo and Yandry! read more

Alfredo was great. We appreciated his honesty and practical approach dealing with an older unit that will need replacing in the near future. He spent a few hours going over our system and gave us very helpful advise and changed our filters while checking the ducts. We will definitely call R&R when we need servicing again or a new system. read more

Great service for a very reasonable and transparent price. Would hire again for any AC related services needed in the future.
