Very prompt service. Ac was down and not cooling. Made a call and James was out in less than a hour. It was Monday morning after a Sunday storm. James service knowledge said it was weather related. Josh came out and assessed the best way to get up and running .Their are always issues with hurry up and wait when one is dealing with insurance adjusters. No air and 91 in the house. Tyler brought out a window unit for the Grandsons room, and James left his fan for the front room. The compressor did not come until Friday afternoon. We went to a hotel for 3 days. Called AA to replace my old AC. They came on time and replaced the HVAC unit and made it more accessible since the original AC people didn't do a great job. I opted for the Bluetooth thermostat and I absolutely love it. I can control everything from my phone. Works like a charm. I had a couple of minor issues with the air handler leaking air into the garage and they can within a couple hours and fixed it. The owners showed up to fix it. I called today to find out our serial number for our units. I was told it board was never ordered and no one notated the serial number on our account. My AC was not working, I called ANGELIC AIR. They had someone come out that day. They put Freon in my unit and I had instant air conditioning. I had a leak in the evaporator coil which was under warranty so the original company sent me a new coil. When the new coil came in I called them to get it installed. They were out the very next morning. They were very professional and courteous.They replaced the coil and even packaged and taped the old coil so I could ship it back to the original company. Ok, so we got spooked by the review we saw but were desperate when our AC broke on a weekend during a super hot day. Angelic Air came out and got our unit running that day but the technician said it may need a new line, or replacement. 2 weeks later, our AC unit quit for good. It was horrible timing, because we were hosting 12 US Veterans at our home. Angelic Air got the permits, unit and worked super late (I'm talking 9:30pm on w Friday) to get us UP AND RUNNING that same day. Husband and I returned home from a two week vacation, a 90 degree day to welcome us home and opened the front door to discover the Air Conditioner not working OMG! Started calling around to see if we could resolve this problem ASAP! The Ist two companies we called were quick to respond but came right out and said our air conditioner was beyond fixing and started talking new replacement, sort of jumping the gun in my opinion. Our neighbor found out of our dilemma and gave us his AC man's name, so we called Angelic Air, Kenny called us back in 30 min and arrived 15 min later. A very pleasant guy who made us feel very comfortable! He checked everything out, it was super low on freon, no visible leaks but found missing cap on Schrader valve where possible bleed through must have occurred. He filled system with Freon and held pressure so far! Air is working just fine, what a difference the bill turned out to be, we were shocked! Our air conditioner stopped working and our house was over 90 degrees. We were desperate to get it fixed ASAP. We went walking through the yellow pages and chose Angelic Air, sounds good. Not sure what's up with all the bad reviews. But we just got a brand new 2 Ton unit with air handler from Angelic. The first Tech Stan came out and was super knowledgeable in HVAC, great professional guy. We actually met the owners Josh and Bobby. Josh came back in 3 business days with another worker named James and they installed the new system, the quality of the labor was top notch. We did run in to a small problem with a cracked drip pan, not their fault. Josh promised me it will be fixed as soon as they receive the parts. He even offered to bring us a plug in unit so we would have AC. I told him no worries as it was only March. A different Tech came back out in another 3 business days and replaced the broken part again no problems at all, another great professional guy. The end of February we needed a new furnace, our was 20 yrs old. We called our handy man and he told us to call Angelic Air, that he had heard good things about them and they were local. They came gave us an estimate, we felt it was fair and they installed the units about the 27th of the month. The two guys that installed the units were polite and professional and got to work. After they finished their work they cleaned up after themselves. You could not tell they had been here. On Saturday, November 4, we called Angelic Air located in Hernando, FL to service our AC unit that they installed in April of 2016, and for which we purchased the extended warranty covering parts and labor. Despite the fact that they advertise 24/7 service, we did not even get a call back. I called again that afternoon and then again on Sunday; still no call back. When I again called on Monday, no one had even heard of our complaint. Still, they promised to send someone out ASAP. Considering the situation, I thought it would be sooner rather than later; it was after 4 PM when someone finally showed up. The technician seemed perplexed and finally diagnosed the problem as a temperature sensor. He said he would have to order it the next day and was uncertain how long it would take to arrive, but he assured us they would install it as soon as it did. While we were waiting (without heat or air) a new symptom developed, and I again called Angelic Air to let them know. Again they were perplexed and said they would send the son of the owner who was a good diagnostician. The next day the technician did make it out, and was again unable to diagnose the problem, so he ordered two possible parts that might be the problem. A few days later, the parts arrived, and the technician arrived to finally repair our AC, or so we thought. The technician was unable to make the parts work and tried to contact the manufacturer. Every time we call Angelic Air, the person to whom we speak seems to know nothing of our problem and promises that someone will call. It has been two weeks, and we STILL have no AC and are still waiting for Angelic Air to call us. read more

Do not waste your time or money with this company . They have came out to my house twice working on my unit and did not need any type of permission from the home owner . Took my money and went on about their business . Now all of a sudden they won't fix the issue because I'm not the home owner . So they had no problem coming out twice and taking my money and not repairing the actual issue I called them out for and won't repair the actual problem . The first tech that came out did flush my system and got it working but did not find the actual problem , they sent another tech out the next day and he was able to find the issue and tell me what needed to be done , but also brought his significant other along with him who sat in his truck while he worked on my unit . I feel like that is really unprofessional to bring someone along with you to jobs who is not an employee of the company as well . I will be looking for another company to come and service my air conditioning unit . Had service & cleaning scheduled for between 11 & 1:00 PM today 4/18/2018. Company called and wanted to reschedule for a week out. My wife scheduled off to be home. Service company said they would come on out. Service man arrived, and in 28 minutes he said he was finished cleaning the inside & outside systems. I reviewed my video of the outside of the house and the service man never did anything to my outside unit. I called and spoke with the manager and the service man again, the service man stated just take your F ***ing business somewhere else. I advised the manager and he said he doubted the service man would say such a thing. My feeling is that this company is scamming people. read more

Had angelic air come out to clean the coil on my AC and I also paid for a new washable filter $70. The Technician that cleaned the coil took measurements for the filter and said it would be in soon. The wrong size was order so they sent out another technician to take more measurements of my existing air filter and a second wrong size was ordered again. On the third attempt they sent out a supervisor and he took measurements as well. Heard nothing from them. Called and the receptionist would take message but I never received a call back from anyone. I never received the filter made several phone calls was told I'd be called back never receive calls back so I gave up! I would rather never use them again then play their games and I would never recommend them! If I could give them a negative star rating I would! read more

After 20 years of being loyal customers, we were given the run around while trying to get our air fixed. A neighbor's dog had run under our mobile home, and one side of the air wasn't working. Someone came out and confirmed it, and said someone would be by within an hour--yet nobody did. When we called the office, they acted surprised, because apparently they thought the first person had fixed it. Anyway--after MANY phone calls, and requests to speak to the manager (who avoided us)--they deigned to give us an appointment one full week later! Are you kidding? No air, in the summer, and while listening to the phone messages while on hold, I heard over and over that they promise repairs immediately. What a joke. The saddest thing to me, though, is that they had always done a good job for us in the past, and we trusted them. By the way, the girl answering the phone is not very intelligent. read more

My opinion is this company is not worth dealing with. My daughter who lives in Beverly Hills had an expensive system installed 1 year ago. Recently, her system quit and it was attributed to bugs causing the main control to burn out in the unit. The company refuses to take responsibility and fix the problem. The house is being sold and now the deal can't go thru till this is fixed. Why isn't this unit protected from bugs and this problem? The technicians and co have constantly hung up on me daughter when she tries to get this resolved. Office staff is quite rude and Frank is not truthful. I was overcharged $200 and after numerous phone calls I received a check for the refund which bounced due to insufficient funds. On three separate occasions after that I was given dates when a money order for the refund was mailed to me and to date I have not received it. At this point the refund is not the main issue. I am concerned I spent a lot of money with a company that may not be financially secure and may not be around to honor my 10 year warranty. read more

If only I could give it negative numbers because even 1 star is too much. I hired AA to replace my heat and air in the beginning of 2014. The a/c was installed but a part needed to be ordered to complete the furnace. It took MONTHS and multiple phone calls later before this part was even ordered let alone installed. I got a lot of, "Nobody told me this part needed to be ordered" including the owner who was clueless to the months of inactivity and incompletion of my services. It was a YEAR later before the county inspector showed up and FAILED the work due to an electrical connection just lying there out in the open. It's now 4 months later and I just called again about getting this work done. OH, and the original installation of the furnace left a gas line uncapped and multiple leaks to the 30 year old copper lines they didn't bother to replace. My elderly mother who lives in Ocala, Fl. Angelic Air already does yealy maintenance on unit So I called to make appointment. I made sure I was there when they came out. This older man came to my mothers house with his dog(my mom loves dogs) which I thought was a little different bringing his dog. He told me he was the owner of Angelic Air. He looked at the unit for about 5 minutes and came in and told my my the condenser was going bad she needs to replace whole unit(unit was around 7 years old). I asked if we could replace just condenser. He said yes but advised against it and spoke to my mother and again suggested to replace entire outside unit. I said lets just wait until it breaks then we'll call to have it changed. He again, talked directly to my mom and told her,"well if it's in middle of the summer it may take us 2 weeks to come out and fix it". My mother jumped in,"oh no I can't be in Florida in summer with no air for 2 weeks". I said, Well mom I'm sure some HVAC company can get out within a day or 2 not 2 weeks. This owner, again talking directly to my mother said I advise you to replace it, "older folks like us need our air conditioning in the hot summer". My mother asked how much he,without hesitating said,"it will be $5,000. I asked $5,000? An even number? He said oh yes It's because I'm giving her a discount because she already is a customer and a customer that has the maintenance package($100+ once a year to check unit once a year). I told my mom that I think we should wait until it breaks and to wait. My mom told me no and told the owner to replace it. Now 4 years later a different company called my mother giving yearly maintenance for $39.99. She had them come out and I was again there. This company took about 20 minutes checking outside and up in attic. When he was done he told me that the unit we have(which is huge) is rated for a 5,000-6,000 square foot home(my moms house is around 1600) The unit has actually "blown" out different area's of attic ductwork and took me into attic to show me the problem. He also told me a few other problems we are having due to such a huge,overrated unit. His suggestion was to replace all ductwork in house for around $5000. I told him no way. I then called 2 other HVAC companies and made appointments to have them look at our unit. Both technicians from both companies told me the exact same thing that Angelic Air sold my mother a over-powered unit and ductwork needs to be replaced. One tech went on to say it's a common practice of Angelic Air in the slow season(The winter) to "scare" older people into replacing whole unit and putting in a over powered unit so either ductwork will need replacing in a few years or unit goes out much sooner then should. He has seen this 5,6 times in past couple years. My moms neighbor noticed 2 different HVAC vans outside in 1 day and came over to see what the problem was(noisy neighbor). We told her and she then said,"oh boy we had our unit replaced by Angelic Air 2 years ago". I walked with her to see her outside unit and it was the same over powered unit as my mother's. I asked how much the neighbor payed to replace it she couldn't remember and went to her filing cabinet and pulled out the receipt. Angelic Air for $4,627. Almost $400 less and 2 years after mom had replaced her's. Angelic Air is preying on the elderly AND SHOULD NEVER BE TRUSTED! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We called this company on the recommendation of our tenant. They were scheduled to arrive on a Monday evening which they did, however, the tech did not have the equipment with him to test for leaks. He said he would have to come back. Three days later we called the company and could not be given an answer. Hours later we called again and was told it would cost us over $700 to repair a leak. Since our tenant had been without air for close to a week we reluctantly agreed to the price. They did not show up for another two days, didn't complete the job and didn't show up for another two days. We then get a call that the tech found more wrong and was charging us another $225, mind you this unit is less than one year old. We paid only the $700 as I believe their tech made repairs without getting authorization from us. Who knows, maybe they had a bad day but would you want to be on the receiving end of their bad day? read more
