I could hear him working on the generator and the transfer switch. About 2:50 I walked out to get mail. The tech had just left. I called Trademark. A service rep (Sandra) spoke to tech. He said he knocked on the door, no one answered. So he left. I was quite frankly probably in the bathroom or laundry. Since he called me once, surely he could make a little effort and call his customer to explain what he did, what was wrong BEFORE I get an invoice.Was told a service manager would call when back in office. 5:00 pm no call.
