In fact, I originally indicated I had the proper gooseneck so they didn't need to provide one. However, it turned out my gooseneck neck cap was too small. I requested an estimate to repair roof damage that was causing a leak. The completed work was a basic patch that fell well below reasonable expectations, as shown in the photos. When I raised my concerns, Joe Taylor, the owner of Walsh Roofing, stated that the task has been completed because a repair using all new materials would have cost more and that I likely would have cancelled the work. I fail to see how receiving a reasonable quote for a professional repair would result in canceling a job. I asked for a reasonable price for a proper repair--not a low-cost, extremely substandard solution. The photos speak for themselves.
