Stratus Roofing was the company that took the time to understand our needs and answered all of our questions. Great roofing company. Sergio Pichardo was the primarily professional we dealt with. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest not like some other roofing companies with many 5 stars reviews on Yelp. He provided us with the lowest price. So we decided to go with Stratus Roofing. We glad we made right choice and are very happy Stratus Roofing's work. The whole process went super smooth from contract sign to permits application to roof installation to final pass the city inspection since Sergio had us covered. Sergio is always available whenever we have questions during the process by phone or text. The company did a great job of an entire removal of old roof and replacement with GAF ROOFING SYSTEM. They completed the job in 2 days. The site manager Hector communicated with us to keep us updated during the whole installation. They cleaned up yard and checked for nails. We were very impressed with everyone that we met. Very happy with the completed job. If you need a new roof for your home, you don't need to go further. Based on those evaluations, we were advised that the installation may not meet expected industry standards and that significant repairs, up to and including full replacement, would be necessary. We also pursued legal action, and judgments were entered in our favor in Lee County, Florida related to this matter. This business has operated under the names Darrell Lewis and Orlando Restoration (d/b/a Darrell Lewis). We recommend that others conduct thorough due diligence before engaging this company. We are willing to share documentation and inspection findings upon request.

First of all, he is incredibly polite, which is not something you find much anymore these days. He was also very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He did a thorough check on our lanai and our main home roof and he quickly located the problem. Originally, I was concerned that calling a roofing company to look at a just a leak them trying to pressure us into getting a whole new roof when I didn't think we were due for one yet. Rhett did not do that - but he did give me a reasonable estimate that we would need one in a couple of years. He came the next morning to do repair the leak and did a great job. Shows up for his appointments right on time and communicated with me regularly on how things were going. I couldn't be happier with their work. And he was doing us a "favor" by saying he'll fix just the roof for under 2k. I'm sorry. You placed a brand new metal roof and you're doing us a favor for fixing it at a lower cost? It's less than four years old. He said the warranty doesn't work unless you're the person who hired him. Shady work. Shady warranty. Shady!
