Pinnacle replaced my dad's roof. We're very happy with the work, reasonable price, and the company overall.

He said that he was his boss supervising him for the day. They inspected for about 45 mins and then worked in their vehicle for about 20 minutes to prepare the estimate. That's where things went south. He spent 20 mins showing videos of his company and how great they were, showing their various products etc before providing the estimate. Then when he presented the estimate it was $4000 more for shingles than two other local companies we had gotten and twice as expensive for metal than the other companies. When I ask for a roof quote that is what I want. The other two companies I got quotes from came out inspected and provided quotes. I did not need to be here. I don't want to be "sold" on roofing.

I highly recommend G&W Roofing to anyone that is in need for a new roof or for repairing it after a storm.

Their own installers confirmed it was the wrong solution, and a supervisor has since recommended gutters and a sump pump -- exactly what we asked about before we paid. We have asked for nothing more than a manager willing to work toward a fair resolution that accounts for what we already paid. That request has gone unanswered. -- FULL STORY: We came to French Drain Guys with a specific problem: water pooling on the side of our house near our AC units during heavy rain. Before committing to anything, we asked directly whether gutters would be a better solution. We were told no -- that a French drain was the right call for our situation. A call was even arranged between my wife and a company rep to confirm this. We moved forward based on that recommendation. After installation, the first heavy rain showed the exact same pooling in the exact same spot. We have photos from multiple rain events showing the water level looks identical to before any work was done. To their credit, every installer who came out was friendly and professional. But every single one of them said the same thing: a French drain was not the right solution for our situation. That's their own team telling us this. What followed was being passed between sales reps and installation crews with no resolution. The most recent response from a supervisor was a new proposal -- recommending gutters and a sump pump. The exact solution we asked about before ever paying for the French drain, and were told wouldn't work. One thing worth noting: immediately after installation, before we had experienced a single rain event, the installer aggressively pushed us to leave a review and wanted confirmation on the spot that we had posted one. We now understand why. We left a positive review based on the install itself -- before we had any idea the solution wasn't going to work. All we have asked for is to speak with someone in management who has the authority to sit down with us, hear us out, and work toward a fair solution that takes into account what we have already paid. That simple request has gone unanswered. We are not looking for a free service. We are looking for accountability and a fair path forward. If you are considering French Drain Guys, get everything in writing -- specifically what outcome you can expect, not just what product they plan to install. And don't let anyone pressure you into a review before your first rain. We learned that the hard way.

While the system may function, we were very disappointed with the condition in which our properties were left. Sod replacement was haphazardly done and our yards were left with construction debris, bottle caps, and cigarette butts scattered about. We refused to sign the completion when asked as we could not agree with most statements about the condition of the properties. When a supervisor arrived the day after "completion," he agreed that the lots were left in a condition he described as "unacceptable and shoddy." He returned the next day with a crew member to clean up. We hope the drain works as promised.
