I just had some shingles replaced after hurricane Milton Oct 2024, that roofer would've told me if I needed a replacement. I called out another company with a 5-Star review and 350 reviewers who told me what I already knew, my roof is in fine condition and can go a few more years at minimum. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! You wouldn't have surgery without a 2nd opinion, don't let someone work on your home without one either, ESPECIALLY when you didn't make first contact and they're coming around basically begging for business.

I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. Regardless, I just had a metal roof put on in Florida and they did an excellent job! Start to finish, they were pros. Quality work, good people on the job and excellent communication through the process. I was satisfied with their pricing as well. Swordsmen came highly recommended from a professional contractor friend who is currently and has repeatedly used their services. After knowing my friend for many years, I can say he would not keep them around if they weren't dependable, quality driven and competitively priced. After two days they…read moreclaimed they were finished and yet the Inspector told them that the caps weren't enough and so 2-3 days later they were finally done and approved. However, 2-3 weeks later, our Swordsmen rep called us with some bad news. They had not checked the underlayment when it was delivered and because it was not the proper underlayment, our warranty (we paid extra for a 50 year warranty) was invalid. Swordsmen didn't want to take responsibility for it and it took 5 months and multiple threats from my lawyer till they finally got Tamko, the maker of the asphalt shingles to finally agree to back the warranty anyway despite it being the wrong underlayment. I would not recommend this company. I applaud the rep for letting us know what the issue was, but the company did everything to not aknowledge that they had failed in not checking their deliveries and installing what the contract asked them to.

**Buyer Beware: A Costly and Frustrating Experience**…read more I hired The French Drain Guys to resolve a serious drainage issue on one side of my home that was causing water intrusion during heavy rains and hurricanes. I made it very clear during the initial property survey that my goal was to prevent water from entering my home. The representative assured me that their proposed system--including catch basins and pumps--would solve the issue and came with a three-year warranty. We proceeded with the installation, spending nearly $7,000. Unfortunately, when the rainy season arrived, the system failed completely. Water continued to accumulate on the same side of the house, and once again, it entered our home. We contacted the company immediately and were promised callbacks that never came. After persistent follow-ups, the owner's brother finally came to inspect the system. He informed us that the installed setup was insufficient and lacked critical components like additional catch basins and a hydro seal. He also stated that the system isn't guaranteed unless the hydro seal is applied--something we were never told during the initial consultation. Now we're being quoted an additional $2,700 to upgrade the system to what should have been recommended from the start. We feel misled and disappointed by the poor inspection, lack of transparency, and ineffective solution. We'll be seeking another company to properly address our drainage needs.

Sod replacement was haphazardly done and our yards were left with construction debris, bottle caps, and cigarette butts scattered about. We refused to sign the completion when asked as we could not agree with most statements about the condition of the properties. When a supervisor arrived the day after "completion," he agreed that the lots were left in a condition he described as "unacceptable and shoddy."
