Had new roof installed on 1/20/2025. From the initial quote with Jeff, to the scheduling of dumpster delivery and roof installation, everything ran smooth. The crew arrived a little after 6am, I came out to move a vehicle so they knew I was awake, and by 6:30 removing our roof. Totally completed and cleaned up, and left around 1:30. Our home is around 1800 square ft. This is second home we've had a roof replacement on. This is our first experience with Castle and we highly recommend them. We needed a roof replacement and after getting quotes from close to 10 companies, we decided to go with Castle Roofing Group and the overall experience was pretty good. They were not the cheapest but this is a huge purchase and we wanted the job done correctly. The job was not without issues but everything that came up was quickly dealt with and corrected by Castle. The owners were here every day from start to finish, and that was greatly appreciated. The job took about 3 days to fully complete and that is with new attic fans and gutters. They covered all the bushes and landscaping close to the house to protect from nails and debris falling from the old roof being removed and they even covered the pool. After the job was done, they walked around the house with magnets to remove any stray nails and then blew off the driveway, sidewalks and the lanai. Clean up was very good. The roof looks great! I would like to take the time to thank owner Renier Fernandez and his team for the outstanding work they did replacing my roof back in May 2020. I have waited a few months to write this review as I wanted to see how everything held up during the rainy season. The biggest matter of importance to me was where our shingle roof joined our flat roof on our Florida room. Renier met with us personally to discuss the whole roof replacement and a solution for incorporating our shingle main roof to our FL room flat roof so that we would no longer have leaks. Renier explained in great detail how he would use flashing and various materials to ensure a leak-proof environment. During the actual installation, Renier came out to our home to instruct the crew on exactly what to use and made sure the work was done to his standards. Prior to Castle Roofing's stellar job installing the roof, we had leaks for years in all different areas of our FL room. We tried rolling elastomeric paint, caulking, and foam. All which inevitably failed. Moving buckets and placing old towels to catch drips is now a thing of the past thanks to Renier and Castle Roofing!! I highly recommend them. They're awesome!! This was my first roof replacement, so I don't have a comparison, but I'm guessing that Castle is one of the top roofing companies. They were not the cheapest option, but I decided to go with them anyway based on their quality commitment and seemingly honest recommendations. And they did work with with me on price. Clean-up was outstanding. I found very few nails in the yard after they finished. They really did an excellent job. Every neighbor tells me the new roof looks great! They use the best materials and are very forthcoming with information on certain products. I feel they steered me in the right direction.
