Electrical Contractor ec13007240 Solar rx11067037…read more I would like to file a formal complaint against a solar contracting company based out of Ocala going by the name of Sundurance Solar, (A.K.A. Ocala Solar Power, B & B ELECTRICAL LLC, SUNDURANCE INSTALLATIONS LLC, POWER HOUSE GRID LLC, BATTERYSTORAGE.COM, INC, SOLORACK LLC, I contracted with them to purchase a solar power system for my townhome several months ago. They have completely ripped me off and deceived me throughout every stage of my transaction with them. 1. The solar panel system was incorrectly installed on to a portion of my neighbors' roof. 2. I've been calling them for months with no responses regarding this and other offenses I'll mention below. 3. I've verified that the solar panels they actually installed are completely different (brand, make, model #'s) from what I agreed to purchase according to my contract and permit applications. 4. I've also verified that the power inverter they installed was NOT NEW but rather previously used. If someone could please confirm that this complaint has been received I would appreciate it. These companies unfair and deceptive business practices are wrong and should not be allowed to continue. I can only imagine I'm just one of their many victims. Thank you for taking the time to investigate into this matter. Sincerely, Tony Guerra 720-385-5673 -------- Address and Owners: FRYZEL, MICHAEL, CARL BOYD 2200 NE 36th Ave. 506 OCALA, FL 34470

On 11/09/2021 you sent two great techs to evaluate, find and repair the leak on my roof. They spent about 1 & 1/2 hours finding and resealing the mounting brackets, I was super pleased with their expert knowledge of the repairs they made. Matt and Elijah were two of the nicest techs I've ever met. They were very professional and seemed very caring and thorough with the repairs they made. I can't say enough good things about this company. The original system was installed in 2012. When I asked Matt for the bill, he said it was covered under warranty. That just goes to show you, Solar Trek stands behind their work, even after 9 years! They really do care about their customers and their reputation. Bottom line, They are a Five Star Company that you can trust. Thank you again Solar Trek. You have a customer for life! Sincerely, David & Sharon Corey Ocala,FL
