The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. I wish I had never dealt with beeline.

I received a second apology call today, at 8PM, in which the technician called me buddy, made demands of me, talked poorly of the company, and expected my pity because he had been out for the day at the hospital. I totally understand changing appointments, but there needs to be a phone call letting the customer know PRIOR to the time of service, not five hours later. This is not the call center or technicians fault, someone in management needs to evaluate their systems, I am sure I am not the first person to have this issue. TLDR Don't call them, they don't show up to appointments, don't answer their own phones, and then act like it is your fault. PS the hours of operation don't match reality.

Super fast service. Came out the following day from my initial call. Used their coupon, had Ron fix both rear sliders on the back of my house. Both of which initially sounded like a dump truck driving through a nitroglycerin plant. After his magic touch, they're now completely silent. Also fixed both mangled screen doors (rollers and destroyed screens). He was extremely patient, down to Earth, and didn't give the vibe he's just in it for the money. Very knowledgeable, experienced, and quickly answered all my questions with patience (even gave me some free advice about my garage door on the way out). From the first phone interaction to completion of the job everything was professional and very pleasant. Ron and his company replaced all of our windows and doors - 2 sliding glass doors, front door, and 11 windows to hurricane impact doors and windows. We did it in 2 phases and love our new windows and doors. Ron made great recommendations for the most energy efficient but also was honest about the cost of everything as well. We got quotes from a couple of different companies and RC Windows and Doors was by far the most reasonable in cost for the product. Very trustworthy and works quickly and efficiently. And we are now seeing significantly lower FPL bills as well =) read more

(A company that won't give you a quote by phone, will try to fleece you.) In late April 2026, I called Countrymens Garage Door Service, aka Countrymens, Inc, and left a message asking about the installation cost of a Liftmaster 3/4-HPc, belt-driven garage door opener. Owner, John, returned my call within minutes, gave me a most reasonable estimate for a new Liftmaster garage door opener with installation and tax included, and said he could install the opener early AM the next day. At 8:20, the next day, Randy from Countrymens, Inc arrived, removed the existing MVP (The Villages) garage door opener and rail for my cart-garage door (7'H x 6.5"H), installed the new Liftmaster 3/4-HPc opener, rail, interior wall controller, and syncrhronized the remote controller, two-additional Liftmaster opener remote controllers that came with my other Liftmaster 1.0 HPc, Belt-driven garage door opener for my 2-car (7'H x 16'W) garage door, and installed the back-up battery to the cart-door opener. Everything worked, both openers and three controllers but the wall unit for my new cart-garage door opener. After numerous attempts and telephone calls for support, Randy and John decided to replace the new (faulty) 3/4 HPc cart-garage door opener. At 7:20 the following day, Randy arrived with another new Liftmaster 3/4-HPc, Belt-driven garage door opener, removed the faulty one, installed the new replacement, interior wall controller, and synchronized the remote controller and the two-additional Liftmaster opener remote controllers that came with my 1.0 HPc Liftmaster 2-car garage door opener. Everything works great. Randy also, informed me how to train/sync the opener to the remotes and keypad and maintain/service the door, rail, and drive-belt. All this took about an hour. After Randy left, I created new combinations for each door on the exterior Liftmaster keypad that came with my 2-car garage door opener. He submitted receipts from the hardware store for me to pay that were parts he bought for my neighbors job! He has now charged me over $34,000 for my job that was supposed to cost $24,944. That is a 30% mark up!! The work site was an absolute disaster, they left my house in terrible shape. They sprayed my floors with glue remover and did not protect my furniture (he promised all furniture would be protected and covered) which has now eaten the stain off several pieces of my antique furniture. He took all my books and piled them on my mattress and did not cover my mattress so not only was it exposed to toxic chemicals from the glue remover he used, the mattress was filthy because he never covered it even though he promised he would. He did not wire my ceiling fans correctly so I had to pay an electrician to come and re-wire them. Ge burnt out 1 ceiling fan with his bad wiring and the electrician said it needs to be replaced. He also left screws loose on the bedroom fans so they would eventually fall from the ceiling. He stored all his tools in my garage and left such a mess, I tripped over his cords and hurt myself pretty badly. Even once I moved back in, everyday they would throw trash on the floors inside the house and then leave. Every night I would have to go around cleaning up all their trash. He bills you for items that are not complete and then expects payment even though items are not completed. I bought all the materials and because he was so disorganized, he lost several parts that I had to re- purchase. I have never seen such a messy, disorganized job site in my 30 years of property management where I worked with hundreds of contractors over the years. I could keep going, but I am sure you get the point t. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, WORST DECISION EVER! Total incompetent and can't complete job on time because they only work about 5 to 6 hours a day.

We called BatterBee, and a young man came out, knew exactly what was causing the leak, and got right to fixing it. Never had another problem. This year, 2025, we decided because the house was aging and it was now after Hurricane season, we decided to replace our roof. Anthony Bax came out, explained what the project would involve, and the cost. We signed right away, knowing we had the Right company for the replacement of our roof. They took all the precautions to safeguard our shrubs, flowerbeds, and windows, covering them with netting. They even laid a tarp down in the driveway before bringing in their dumpster to collect the old roofing shingles. In two days, we had a new roof. The first thing I noticed was how quiet the house had become. We live 2-3 blocks from the four railroad crossings where the train horn alerts each and every time at each crossing. We can no longer hear the trains. We had our house painted last year ( 2024 ) in a light gray. We chose " Pacific Ocean Shingle in a two-tone gray color in Owens Corning shingles and couldn't be more pleased with the results of the new roof. We also got a lifetime warranty against Leaks, with all materials and labor covered. Our Warranty is Transferable, which is a great selling point when we are ready to sell.
