I was told it had a LIFETIME WARRANTY. After he passed away it wasn't used as often. 10 days ago I found after trying to use it there was no way to get water out of the shower heads. I called FHIA, which is now known as Renuity. They said someone would call me back. After waiting a week for that call I called again and was told the same thing. I have called them 5 times since discovering the non-working shower and was told someone would call me to make appointment to take care of the problem. As of today NO ONE has called me back.
