Over the last 5 months, we've had dozens and dozens of contractors and trade people in our house as we refurbish this 34 year old home. Most have done subpar work, that in other parts of the world would be refused. This seems to be an issue with Florida contractors. Great glass and installed very well. Took over 2 months for installation after ordered. I ordered a glass I was told was always in stock as it was a favorite. But it is the time we're living in, employees get sick, government pays them not to work, people have children, can't hire skilled workers, etc. I have to admit after a long wait, maybe not the fault of the business, it looks great and was worth the wait . read more

Terrible customer service put a new transom above our door looks beautiful from the inside. Outside looks like a mirror 24 /7 . Jimmy did nothing to fix the problem ignored our phone calls and texts.Has all our $$. Be careful talks the talk but does not walk the walk Was unwilling to correct his problem for ordering the wrong glass that reflected like a mirror. He keeps saying that's what we picked and ordered we did not order that glass it looks like a mirror why in the world would we do something like that. My wife and I communicated very well to him what we are looking for to see it from the outside and inside of the house. He keeps saying everything is our fault which is not true. All we asked was to do with their company name said that you could see it from the inside and out Maybe they need to change your name from Entry Point. I am so happy with the product and with the installation. Perry's had to order the leaded glass panel for my front door which took six weeks. They called when it arrived and were able to squeeze in the install for me, as I was about to leave town. The installer arrived at EXACTLY the scheduled time and was very pleasant and professional. It took less that a half hour from start to finish, and everything was spotless when he left. The end result looks like it has always been there. I highly recommend Perry's. read more
