The work is sloppy, and it took much longer than it should have because a tempered glass window for the bathroom had to be reordered after the inspection failed. They refused to complete the windows that did pass inspection until the new window arrived over a month later. The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. I wish I had never dealt with beeline.

He had a great reason, but why not call to let me know he's running behind??? Also, he sent an email stating that I'd have to put half down before they start the order, but there was no option to pay online. Because of their limited hours and terrible responsiveness, it took me a few days to pay with the credit card phone. Partly bc I forgot to call until close to 5. He said 4 to 5 weeks. After five weeks I still don't have my blinds so I called at 2:05 PM on a Friday and they did not return my call. They are not open over the weekends and close at 5pm and usually call goes straight to VM. . Sure, they give you a 20% discount over "retail" but the blinds are still very expensive. Over $8000 for 6 windows and sliding glass doors and they are not even the remote control kind. But again, the lack of responsiveness is the primary reason I cannot recommend this business.
