RJ in "Garage Door Dept" gave me a verbal estimate that he said he'd follow-up with a line-item, email quote and scheduled the installation for an early AM 3 days later. As scheduled, Joe arrived timely, replaced the weather stripping, removed the prior 1/2 HPc MVP door opener, installed the new Liftmaster garage door opener and wall control unit, synchronized the 2 remote controllers, and showed me how to create a combination for the exterior, wireless keypad. I was told the city inspector would check the quality, ha what a joke. He did not inspect the carport at all. I watched him walk up and sign off. There are visible gaps. Various issues that have been pointed out to me by people who are more familiar with a carport construction than I am. I would not recommend or use Lake Square Aluminum again. They do not take enough pride in their work to send someone out to make sure the quality is up to par.
