They are responsive and helpful. I only got an estimate from one other local company and one big-box store, and Ron's was the best price. I would absolutely use them again.

They did a nice…read morejob but failed to know, or tell me, that if the shades were rolled up too long, the pebbly imprint on the bottom of the shades would imprint on the clear vinyl creating a visual issue on the screening. They agreed to replace the vinyl at cost without charging me for the install. They did a great job. Then after the hurricanes, the remote for lowering the shades stopped working. Cory and Megan insisted that the issue was a problem with the GIF running the circuits on the porch. However, the resetting of the GFI did not solve the problem. I wrote Cory (I was out of town and my house sitter was trying to handle the issue) and reported that the GFI was fine and all circuits on the porch were working.. I asked about the remote and whether there was a battery that needed to be replaced; he and Megan both insisted that the remote was not the problem and they had no idea where else I should turn to resolve the issue. I asked if I was on my own and if I should call or electrician or where to go for help. The response from Cory was that he was "tired of dealing with the condescending, passive aggressive mentality, was not sure "how I expected to get a positive response in life with ideology and was "blocking my number." I called my long-time, trusted electrician who replaced the battery in the remote and, presto, the shades worked. Cory's unprofessional and insulting response to a legitimate and polite request (happy to post the text stream if he wants to object) is a big deal breaker. These people do not know their products and do not stand behind them! NEVER AGAIN

They refused to complete the windows that did pass inspection until the new window arrived over a month later. The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. I wish I had never dealt with beeline.

The sealing around the vents needed improvement, which they did. The quality of the shingles are also good with Owens Corning Warranty. They started the project as soon as they stated. However, the skipped a day and went to another project without letting us know. Then they showed up late the next day. Communication was challenging: no answer most of the time, had to leave numerous messages. The pricing was good overall but they charged $60 for a 2X4 when we did not even use the 3 sheets of plywood included in the contract. It was difficult to get completion photos from them but finally got them.
