At first I was upset to be rejected by the other roofer, but that didn't last long. Ocala Roofing gave me a quote that was $1000 cheaper than everyone else and held my picky hand through the whole process. Alanna, office staff, is wonderful. No matter how many questions or requests I had, she answered and filled them all without issue. When she didn't know something, she said so, then tracked down the information I needed. She was always patient and kind. Mike, the job supervisor, was also a joy. Though my contact with him was minimal, he helped me understand my final bill, by explaining everything on it, in enough detail to feel fully informed. Because of Covid and my out of town status, I have not been able to view my new roof in person.
