Their price was $500 less then what Greg Sr. had quoted. When told, he said "People I work for don't get other bids they only let me do their work.", but he wanted the job for the lower price and, now regretfully, I let Greg Sr. have it. Greg Jr. is nice and did a nice job, but he could not finish job himself. A lot of time passed and after many reminders to Greg Sr., the work contracted for did not get done. Only after providing proof that it was part of agreement and given choice to finish job or pay what another company would charge to finish job or to go to court, job was finished up quickly. Greg's last words were "Take me off your list". Moral of story, just say "fine" and give Greg Sr. job, don't ask, and don't check around because if you do and Greg Sr. finds out, you get canned.

Not only was the price reasonable, but they went above and beyond! Rocky senior was so patient with me explaining everything calmy and with respect. Justin did a great job pruning my palms just how I wanted them. The bucket guys (sorry I didn't get their names) took care in trimming the very large oak. They all took my concerns seriously and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied throughout the process.
