I believed I had scheduled an appointment, but it turned out I had only scheduled a call to make an appointment. I never got that call, and I wasted an hour waiting for them because believed I had an appointment, or at least that was the excuse I received when they called back days later. I scheduled another appointment with them when they called days later, and that appointment came and went with the no service and no phone calls. I wasted hours of my life only to be called to schedule another appointment that did not happen. I received a second apology call today, at 8PM, in which the technician called me buddy, made demands of me, talked poorly of the company, and expected my pity because he had been out for the day at the hospital. I totally understand changing appointments, but there needs to be a phone call letting the customer know PRIOR to the time of service, not five hours later. This is not the call center or technicians fault, someone in management needs to evaluate their systems, I am sure I am not the first person to have this issue. TLDR Don't call them, they don't show up to appointments, don't answer their own phones, and then act like it is your fault. PS the hours of operation don't match reality.

They refused to complete the windows that did pass inspection until the new window arrived over a month later. The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. They measured the windows and called me later that day with a price which was reasonable for the size of windows. They said they would be able to install them in a week. Their order was late so it was a week and a half before the windows were installed but that was quicker than other companies would have completed the job. Not only did this clown not measure the opening for my shower, which was oversized, he ordered my doors from either Home Depot or Lowes and charged me $1500. His solution was flimsy plastic flanges which looked terrible and second rate. 7 weeks of daily floods and no satisfaction from the Builder and Dominic (a complete con man and scoundrel) got his money and was long gone. Enter Kenny & Co. Kenny was able to repair holes in my tile so well, it wasn't even apparent there had been holes at all. The doors he installed are beautiful, heavy and are coated so water beads up, which makes clean up easier. I had frameless shower doors in my master bath and sliders in my guest bath and I absolutely love looking at them.
