I have had the pleasure of working with GJC on three different projects, most recently a hurricane…read morerated front door for my primary residence. This company has exceptional standards that bring you highly skilled professionals, best quality products, and superior customer service. It was a pleasure to work with Zach Swain and his colleague Brian on this latest installation. They did a beautiful job, paying close attention down to the smallest details, and took great care to clean up afterwards. I continue to be impressed by and more than satisfied with GJC, and recommend them without reservation.

The woman, I think Tara who answered the phone started asking questions about how old the windows were. (I knew where this was going) Immediately she went into a sales pitch about replacing all of my windows and throwing in an obviously rehearsed sales pitch. When I told her I didn't have the money to replace all of my windows now, she said, well I have to tell you we are booking out to 8 weeks. That's the same as getting a ridiculously high quote for a job a contractor doesn't want to do. I guarantee you if I wanted all of my windows replaced, I would not have an 8 week wait. If you're looking to replace all of your windows and doors, perhaps this is a good option for you but clearly they could not be bothered with a "small job" like mine when there's bigger fish to fry. So when it's time to replace my windows, and that day is coming, because they didn't want to help me now, I won't go to them for the big job.

Sunbelt Home Solutions - Tex-Cote

A representative came to my home to discuss Sunbelt Home Solutions and offered a free evaluation of…read morethe company's CoolWall Coating product. I agreed to a property walk-through. Shortly afterward, another representative arrived on time with a trainee and delivered a polished but high-pressure sales presentation. After showing me, cracks and mold identified during the inspection and explaining the available services, he asked me to purchase the product and installation services, and I agreed. My concerns arose from the communication and follow-through problems that followed. I told the salesperson that I would be out of the country for about one month and asked that work not begin until I returned. Before leaving, I received at least three notices that Sunbelt Home Solutions was ready to begin work. Each time, I explained that I was leaving the country and would contact the company upon my return. While away, I received another proposed start date for the following Monday and again stated that I was unavailable. The repeated notices indicated a breakdown in communication. After returning to the United States, I contacted the company and scheduled the project. The crew arrived promptly, pressure-washed the house, prepared it for painting, and applied the primer and CoolWall Coating. The crew did not have enough coating to finish the house and had to order additional material. When they left that Friday, my front door was unusable because the doorknobs and weather stripping had been removed. Although the work remained incomplete, the job supervisor asked me to sign paperwork stating that the project was complete. After receiving no update for a week, I contacted the company. The supervisor said he would collect the additional coating and return the next day. The crew returned Friday and completed the coating application. During the walk-through, I identified missed areas and asked when the displaced soil would be returned to the trench. The supervisor promised to return Saturday to finish the front door, complete touch-ups, and refill the trench, but did not arrive. He then said he would come on Sunday and, after missing that date, Monday morning. By 10:30 a.m. Monday, I had received no update and again contacted the office. These repeated missed commitments required me to initiate each follow-up. Based on my experience, the company's high-pressure sales approach was not matched by consistent communication or follow-through. Despite clear scheduling instructions, I received repeated start notices while unavailable. The project began without enough material, I was asked to approve completion while the front door was unusable and work remained outstanding, and several promised return dates were missed. This pattern undermined my confidence in Sunbelt Home Solutions, and I would not recommend the company. It is too early to determine whether the CoolWall Coating will provide the promised energy savings or lifetime durability.

I had a patio cover installed by them Sept 2026. The installers Bradley and Ryan were extremely hard working, courteous and punctual. These two guys went the extra mile. Several follow up calls in which I spoke with Suzanne (operations manager) and Whitney (office manager). They don't call you back, they are not honest in their response. Stated delay is with permit office and in follow up with permit office they permits have been ready for weeks, The permit office was nice enough to provide proof of permits being ready. Called them again immediately after this proof was provided and Suzanne lied to me and stated the permit office has not called them nor provided them with the permit's. Suzanne stated she would follow up and call back. Still no call back from her - weeks later. Tried to bypass Suzanne to get to the original sales rep Brad. Suzanne and Whitney do not pass calls to Brad and state he is 'in the field". Due to their lack of action - now we have internal damage to the home. They have the deposit but don't actually complete the work. The office staff are liars and I was raised to never call anyone that but in this case valid with proof, it fits this situation. I see from the other yelp reviews there is consistency in what I am saying. I hope that if you are reading this you do not use them. I never would again, taking advantage of a Senior - getting their money and leaving them without the work being done. Disgraceful. Next stop. Better Business Bureau.
