We had issues with the color/finish of the cabinet fronts not matching the rest of the cabinet. Apparently Deems Vendor had changed their finishing vendor between the time we selected our cabinets and had them installed. Matt worked tirelessly over a 6 month period to help us get the cabinet fronts that correctly matched the rest of the cabinets. He came out numerous times inspecting the replacement and rejecting them because there was not a proper color and/or finish match. It was amazing, every part and supply my husband asked for, Brian took him to within seconds. Don't recall that ever happening so fast before and we shop a lot at Lowe's. Brian was stocking when we interrupted him so you would expect that he would know where parts were stocked but he also had the knowledge of a plumber. He provided exactly what we wanted. Very efficient and friendly. In case there may be more than one Brian, he was a big black man with a one-of-a-kind hair do. As we told him at the time, we thought Lowe's didn't have the parts, we just needed him to show us where they were! Also, Sue was very friendly when we checked out. My husband really likes the Lowe's Veterans parking and discount and "thank you for your service" at checkout.
