So my dream was big and this was a fairly large job and i am extremely detail oriented and can be hard to please. We bought our Lake Placid home 20 years ago and always dreamed of opening up the kitchen so the lake view was the first thing you noticed upon entering the house. This involved removing a pantry wall that blocked the view as well as lifting the kitchen ceiling by moving the AC vents to the attic. I wanted the kitchen to look high end but also maintain a comfortable lake house vibe. My dreams were fully realized and i can honestly say the results even exceeded my (high) expectations. John at the store was patient, did everything possible to take my many different ideas, pictures and hopes and help us create our dream home. Gary's Flooring employs men of the highest quality. I truly felt John was as eager to help create my dream home as fully as i was. The entire crew was professional and kept to their word. They came when they said they would be there. They kept us fully informed of setbacks or delays. I am quite sure i drove them all a bit mad with my last minute ideas and changes, but they always came through with the highest results. They had all kinds of issues with our kitchen. Starting with Dad not ordering all the cabinets. Then a couple of drawers were off. One cabinet door was off. Took 11/2 months to get everything done. Now there phone number to business doesn't work and Dads number has been changed. We love our cabinets and countertops but not sure I could recommend them now

The estimate explained everything, step by step including how many pounds of flakes would be put down on the floor. They prepared the floor and filled in all the cracks. They explained how they are able to offer a lifetime warranty because of the thorough prep work. They arrived on time and immediately began to work. I could not be happier. I had given them an estimate of the square footage of my garage because I was out of town and my daughter didn't have a tape measure so I asked her to "walk it" and will estimate on the high end so there won't be a problem. The cherry on top is that after they finished all the work and cleaned the work area, they informed me I over estimated the square footage by over 100sq ft... They then informed me the revised the estimate to make it $500 less.. Start to Finish this project was handled with the utmost professionalism and their honesty is something that is truly unheard of, in this day and age! I found that my closet doors don't close properly. I called Mike and he said he would have the installers come by and fix them. It really should be a small job. I am STILL waiting for them. They called once on a day I had a couple Dr.'s appointments. Haven't heard from them again. I have started calling Mike frequently. That hasn't helped either. Don't use this company.
