Jesus and the crew that installed the countertops were very professional, as were Manny and the crew that hooked up the plumbing and installed the tile backsplash. The process from when I first went there to look at countertops and such until installation only took 2-3 weeks and the install only took 2 days. I am thrilled with how it all turned out and would highly recommend the Stone Center!

Other than the big box stores, this was the largest showroom with the widest variety materials, of the 4 showroom sites I visited. They had an experienced, non-pushy consultant in Pam. I appreciated her guidance and patience in the learning process for my options. They have many full-sized pieces to help with ones imagination and allowed free strolling inside and outside to view them. Like many of the places, they weren't fully transparent on pricing (nothing is marked) and are willing to sell you just the product or write a contract for service. I did feel they were understaffed, in that in each of my 3 visits, I had substantial waits with other searching customers in the showroom some of whom butted ahead of me, as well as sales people with new products competing for the consultant's time. Ultimately, they lost my business, not because they didn't have selections or prices that interested me, but with the lack of access to the sales consultant (who also used time off in my looking period) within my time frame.

The new meatal roof was a joke, inspectors looked at it said you basically have a 75 yes 75 dollar roof you paid thousands for and no way it passes inspection. Don't let his nice guy demeanor fool you either! And before you believe his story some guy pretends to be him giving him a bad name think again. I have photos and videos of Ray and employees working on our home. Insurance co paid him thousands of dollars and we got screwed over! We ended up having to take a loan out and pay another contractor to do what Ray Mayfield was paid to do! We were living with no ceiling, walls, floors or kitchen and this guy has the balls to tell me he has no money to fix our house cause he used it on another clients home yes he said that! We were living in crap while this guy who had no money to cause spent it elsewhere was taking vacations to the Carolina's to visit his grown kids and enjoying him self not giving a damn he was screwing people over! Again don't let the nice guy image fool you! I have pictures, video's and text to this day to back up everything I have said. And to answer why he got away with taking thousands because the insurance company paid him up front in a lump sum instead of increments. I don't know how this guy can sleep at night knowing he screws people over and the work he does do is shotty!

They come to work 2-3 horas a day and 2-3 days per week. The house is full of dust all over. Been cleaning a lot to diminished the dust but since they don't finish with demolition we can not do anything. Been calling and asking them when and they always come with the same excuses. They don't even put inconsideration that my husband is a bed bound patient. Is been a nightmare with this project. We started with the bathroom are and they have not been able to finish that are and they have other areas to work. I guess this will take a month of Sundays to finish this project. Very disappointed with this company.

The owner, Doug, came out to estimate the project and I appreciated his directness with options and costs on repair vs replace based on solid experience. His guys were there when promised, were polite and worked diligently until the fix was complete. They were fabulous about cleaning up their mess at the end of each day and protecting nearby furnishings. They also caulked my cabinets and replaced the wood floor under my sink. Their prices were significantly less than other estimates, everyone was experienced in their tasks so that the work was efficiently completed. They sub'd out the stucco work and it was a perfect match! I'd highly recommend them and will hope to have them back for bathroom upgrades in the near future.

The tech named Charlie texted me to say that he was 11 minutes away from our home. I said that we would have the garage opened. He was polite in introducing himself and asked on what side of the fan blades to put them facing, a great question. Then as he proceeded to do each fan great. The kitchen light, which went from the original fixture built with the house to modern day, ended up having 2 original holes from the fluorescent casing. Well, I thought, oh, surely , he would fill in those 2 holes, (Not finished, just not left as holes.) "No we don't do that,". So why is Renovations in their company name?! Him seeing that I am handicapped he could have taken an extra 3-5 minutes and caulked it. My husband cannot climb ladders anymore either. So why not be generous enough to do that for me, us now as my husband was at the VA, (which was none of his business.) But renovation being thorough and complete redo, no! I gave him water and snacks upon leaving as I always do for our workers, having being brought up with my dad being in brick and stone and doing major projects for neighbors and family, this was instilled in our family. Then when I went back out to the garage, I had to sweep up debris, inclusive of washers not used etc. Clean up in their description should a thorough clean up. We have brooms in the garage. Why? Who know why! A clean up and disposal of old stuff, for proper disposal, we thought was also going to be the boxes that the fans came in and the kitchen light. Oh no! Knowledge of The Electrical Trade definitely. A thorough and complete Clean-Up, No! 09/12/2025 Let's revisit Charlie's So Called Thorough Proper Disposal and Clean -Up. Well, this AM, in getting my garbage prepared for pick up , I obviously opened up the green Traskh Barrel and low and behold he through in the interior of the boxes plus the globe and bulb of one of the ceiling fans loose in the TrashVarrel. So, O took the reacher and got them out to put in a black trash bag. How sweet?! Not! Then I took the boxes and put them in the Black Tracsh bags, lo and behold the bulbs from the other ceiling were repacked with their casings into a box. Wonderful?! Not! That was not proper disposal! He needs to be called out on his ideas and the protocol for hauling away of proper disposal. No one is supposed ever ypthrough loose garbage into the trash barrels.p, besides being ripped ut is utterly disgusting. I know some families do that but it is not acceptable protocol. And, if that is done, what does their inside of their houses look like?! I am officially blocking their phone numbers and Never want that Company to Grace Our phone, text or Property Ever Again.
