We had purchased about $4,000 worth of tile(Ashford classic porcelain 10x60" in soft ash am color and bundled 3 per box). Half of the cardboard boxes were destroyed from the weather(tile was fine). Boxes were drenched and fell apart upon lifting. An entire pallet was this way and made it EXTREMELY difficult to offload by hand. Not sure who to blame. Whether it be the store(Floor and Decor out of Lakeland, FL) or Ashford. If we had known the pallet was in this condition, we would not have accepted it(pallet in blue plastic). We would recommend this store for their product knowledge and assistance. But, we would not recommend this store for loading a product of this expense in this condition. See pics for reference.

Superior Floors to the rescue!!…read more Before moving into our new house, we had the tile replaced with vinyl plank (LVP) by another company, who really screwed up one of the rooms. There was a giant soft spot since they started removing the tile but then stopped and just laid the vinyl planks over the tile, including the big hole they left. We went round and round with the first company to try getting them to fix it, until they just stopped showing up or returning phone calls. I found Superior Floors on Yelp and called them to see if they would be willing to fix someone else's mistake. Ryan came out to evaluate the situation and came up with a plan. A couple of weeks later, the installers came out, removed the poorly laid vinyl planks, removed the tile that was supposed to have been removed by the previous company, and reinstalled the planks. The floor is now solid and looks great! I appreciate their willingness to come out for a smaller job and fix someone else's mistake. They'll be my go-to for the future!

I had given them an estimate of the square footage of my garage because I was out of town and my daughter didn't have a tape measure so I asked her to "walk it" and will estimate on the high end so there won't be a problem. The installation looked great, and they cleaned everything up before they left. They even stayed late to make sure everything was finished before I had to leave for the airport. That meant a lot because my schedule was tight.
