They showed up on time, were very detailed in their work, made sure the leveling and spacing was perfect, and were in constant contact with us, making sure any concerns or questions were immediately addressed. One of my favorite parts of their work is when they showed us an issue with leveling or spacing and then fixed it without us having to say a word. They also left the house in a much better condition than I was expecting with some cleaning (everything was covered in tile dust after they removed the old tile). Overall, it was just a wonderful job. I'm relieved we had such a great experience with tile installation and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

No call. No show…read more Day after day I wait for them to show up to install my carpets, but the installation company cant be bothered to respond. If you like being jerked around over and over again then this is the place. The installer never showed up and the only thing the company was willing to offer in compensation was 25 bucks off a 4000 dollar installation. The people I dealt with on the phone were kind and professional, but in the end the job was simply not getting done. Don't trust a company that out sources their work to another installation company.

The day they were suppose to come and install the carpet and flooring before the furniture arrived. Should have been my first clue. After installation finally took place the seams were noticeable in both the carpeted rooms- the guy came out and said it was the way I was vacuuming my carpet. The flooring was popping up in a few of the newly floored rooms, the guy cut the edging so the connection was right in the middle of the floor, which was not even. He came back to fix the said issues & he said there was nothing he could do about the eye sore being in the middle it was only size edging came in. Both carpenter & floor guy had to use google translate they did not speak English. I was told by Empire they had to have a second chance to make it right. Two years later carpet looks like it is 10 years old & 3 of the 4 rooms the flooring needs to be replaced. It amazes me...the workmanship is poor & the quality of their product is even poorer. But yet- Empires website has 5 stars on every review. Find yourself an old fashioned reputable family company. I wish I had known someone at the time.
