David Witt was responsive and quick to correct anything as the project proceeded. He worked with us on our plan and getting everything we want ordered quickly. The large tile we selected was a difficult install. Kris E and his tile guys really went above and beyond to create the beauty and flow in the pattern we envisioned. Two other guys also deserve mention. Chris was here just about everyday of the project from demolition, installation of accessories, vanity and painting. Chris was always so cheerful and respectful of us and our property. It was a pleasure to have Chris in our home. Phil was so calm and patient throughout, especially during a difficult fan/light install. He worked overtime to get the installation exactly right. Maclean is a very nice guy and easy to work with, however the job done left a lot to be desired. The job was to rip up the carpet on my upstairs landing and stairs. He and another gentleman completed the job in about 2 days. Let's start with the landing, the floor was uneven but there was no floor prep done prior to placing the flooring to ensure the panels would be flush. As such, we have flooring the wiggles/moves up and down when we walk on it. The stairs were worse, the treads and risers were poorly placed, unevenly spaced and the caulk poorly done. We made our concerns known and he eventually came back to redo the stairs, but he was hard to get in contact with and it took about 4 months before we got them redone. We had to purchase new treads and risers which he reimbursed us for, but even the redo was only marginally better than the initial job. I'm giving two stars because he acknowledged the job wasn't up to standard and reimbursed us for the extra flooring we had to buy.

His design acumen is amazing and so was his responsiveness to our needs and desires. After a few meetings Josh began work on our project. I am a very detailed person and so is Josh. We signed the contract in October, and they didn't start building until March. The waiting was very nerve-wracking. Melissa was fantastic, keeping us updated through the whole process. It just felt like the entire process took a lot longer compared to other screened porches. When they finally started, they were able to get the work done in a couple of days. The workers were great, and they were very detailed oriented. The final product was a beautiful screened-in porch that everyone loves. The one thing I love is the kick plates for the screened porch match the house. So it feels like an addition to the home. (They are one of the few places that finance, so they do work with you)

I had a problem within a day or two with a scrape on the wall. I called and ask them to send some out to fix it. It wasn't a good experience after that. I finally got someone to come fix the scrape, but noticed after a week that the seams in the shower turned yellow. I paid over 10,000 for this and I'm nervous to call them to ask what to do because of the experience I had with one of the owners. I'm hoping someone else the same problem and can post what they did or how to correct it. The shower is beautiful except for that one problem.
