First, Stacy's communication was wonderful. They came for a walk-through to set a price and I appreciated her asking questions about what I liked and wanted. We set up the cleaning date pretty far in advance because I was traveling. She sent a text asking if I still wanted them (Yes!) and did I still like the date and time. Really thoughtful! While they were here they worked on everything from top to bottom. Did they miss things that I noticed later, yes, but nothing important and not everyone sees things the same way! I have had to let go a few people in the past because my husband is much more critical than I am. He didn't like things being moved on a shelf and not put back the same way. Jeez. Waaaay more critical - I just loved a clean home! But, with Stacy and Cori, he walked in that night and just said it looked great! I was so relieved!! Now, the next cleaning will be shorter for them and she'll make note of when the baseboards were done, etc so it'll stay clean. I am truly amazed by how thorough they were and I look forward to the next clean in 2 weeks! Woohoooooo! I highly recommend them and I'm glad I'm already scheduled because y'all are going to fill up her calendar, for sure, once you use them. :-D

Hello Natural Coast Cleaners Management, Hello Mr. Louis C., Business Owner, I have been in contact with your company from the day I arrived at my property. That first day, I was in constant communication with your assistant, Mickella. I even sent her pictures and requested to meet with her at the property the following day. The next morning, I arrived very early (around 11 a.m.) to resolve the issue in a respectful way. To my surprise, one of your employees appeared in my driveway without any prior notice. No one informed me or asked my permission for her to return. Did you? What made this even worse is the fact that she was the very person you and your wife assigned to clean my property for the last three visits--without training or quality control, despite your wife's promises. She herself admitted this to me. Just before I entered the house that day, I had even given her a box of candy in appreciation, only to discover afterward that I had been misled for 30 days. From 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. that day, I remained at my property and stayed in constant text communication with Mickella, waiting for your company representative to arrive. Finally, I was told that neither you nor your wife would come because she needed to pick up your children from school. Still, I did not give up on trying to resolve matters respectfully. I even wrote a long email with full explanations, but no one ever responded--not you, not your wife, not your assistant. It is astonishing that you now decide to step in with "assistance and presence," when at the time I asked for your involvement, you ignored me and my business entirely. It has now been nearly 30 days since I sent that email, and I have yet to receive a single response. Meanwhile, I paid your family-owned company almost $1,000 during the month of July. Only after I posted my review did I see any sign of acknowledgment from you. As I stated in my review: "In just one month, I experienced the full spectrum of their poor business practices: ignorance, lack of compassion, lack of communication, no quality control, and zero customer service." I have saved copies of all emails, text messages, and photographs. If any future client or company--or the owners of this website--wish to confirm my experience, I will gladly provide the documentation. In total, I paid (and wasted) $900 for this negative experience. I never received proper service, a refund, or even an apology. My advice: stay far away from this company.
